Chapter 1111. Coming to the door to take advantage of someone’s hospitality, do you still feel superior?

Chapter 1111: 1111. Coming to the door to take advantage of someone’s hospitality, do you still feel superior?

"After all, people like him have no talent other than mooching off women.

Mooching is no big deal; even Island Master Jones does it, but when Sean Lentz mooches off someone, it’s so disgusting it makes you sick.

She knew that if the days after their divorce were the same as before, he would never come crawling back, admitting his mistakes and begging for reconciliation.

That was another reason she looked down on Sean Lentz even more.

"What’s the use of begging me? It was Ivy who divorced you, not me."

Elly Campbell snorted coldly and began to walk up the stairs, saying as she went,

"If I were Ivy, dealing with an ingrate like you who mooched for over thirty years and still isn’t satisfied, even if we divorced, I’d break your legs first before discussing anything else. After all, Ivy was too kind."

Sean Lentz had mentally prepared himself for Elly’s relentless and harsh words, enduring it over and over again, but Ivy Lentz couldn’t bear it.

Compared to her relationship with Elly, she had a better relationship with her father.

"Elly Campbell, regardless, my dad is your elder. Do you need to be so mean with your words?"

"Elder? Didn’t he get divorced from my aunt? What kind of elder is he to me? In my eyes, his only identity is an unsightly ingrate, and that’s not just him, you too. No wonder you two are father and daughter; Mr. Lentz’s ingratitude is all inherited by you."

While speaking, Elly’s face showed a disdainful sneer as she said,

"Get security in here, please escort Mr. Lentz out."

Sean Lentz had thought that by putting up with Elly, once she vented her spleen verbally, she wouldn’t kick him out and he’d have the chance to stay and rekindle his relationship with Elly.

He believed that since Elly used to like him so much that she even argued with the Old Master on his behalf, this time, if he showed sincere regret, she would certainly forgive him.

Originally, their divorce might have been impulsive on Elly’s part, and perhaps it was just a matter of face for her.

Now that he had come back to woo her, giving her a way to step down, her anger should have subsided.

But now, Elly actually wanted to throw him out so directly.

If he couldn’t stay, he wouldn’t have the chance to cultivate a relationship with Elly.

Sean Lentz felt somewhat panicked, especially upon seeing Elly’s uncompromising demeanor; he grew anxious.

With such a formidable niece blocking the way, his days ahead would not be easy.

Thinking this, he turned his beseeching gaze towards Ivy Lentz.

Ivy Lentz had long been disgusted with Elly, and every time she saw her haughty attitude, she felt like giving her a piece of her mind.

Now Elly was constantly referring to her and her dad as ingrates and wanting to kick them out, on what grounds?

She wanted to ask her, on what ground?

This house belonged to her maternal grandfather, not Elly’s, so who was Elly to decide anything?

With this in mind, Ivy Lentz said through gritted teeth,

"Elly, there’s no need for your words to be so unpleasant. This is grandfather’s place; on what ground are you throwing my dad out?"

"On the ground that my last name is Campbell, my aunt’s last name is Campbell, and anyone whose last name isn’t Campbell in this house is just a guest. You are, Mr. Lentz is. You ask me on what ground, on what ground do you speak? Ivy Lentz, coming here to mooch and still feeling superior?"

Elly looked at her with a cold laugh and said,

"Ivy Lentz, right now, you should just be grateful that the Old Master is still comatose. If he were to wake up, getting kicked out of the Campbell Family would be the least of your troubles."

Elly’s words caused Ivy’s expression to change dramatically, a hint of panic flashing through her eyes.
