Yanxi gave himself a hard pinch, and feeling the pain, he strode forward and forcefully embraced the woman in his arms.

“I’m so glad! You’re still alive!”

Yanxi was quite emotional, his devilish peach blossom eyes turning a deep red.

Shi Ying was hugged by Yanxi so tightly that she could barely breathe; she placed her hands on his shoulders and pushed him away in resistance.

Gu Siting saw this and pulled the excited Yanxi away.

“She has amnesia and can’t remember anything from the past.”

Yanxi let go of the woman, and seeing the resistance on her face, he quickly stepped back a few paces.

“I’m sorry, I didn’t know your current situation…” Yanxi cautiously said.

Shi Ying turned to look at Gu Siting. After spending a few days together, she was somewhat familiar with him. She looked at him, asking with her eyes–who is this man?

Gu Siting explained, “He’s Yanxi, someone who also grew up with you.”

Yanxi glanced behind them toward the campus, “Fourth Brother, you brought Sister Shi Ying here to find her memories, right?”

Gu Siting hummed in a low voice in response.

Gu Siting pursed his reddish lips tightly, “She hasn’t even seen Uncle Shi and Aunt Shi yet.” He lowered his voice and told Yanxi about Shi Ying’s PTSD.

Yanxi nodded thoughtfully, “I see, but the more people, the greater the effort. Let’s set a time, and call Old Fu too. If we all get together, maybe talking about the past will help Sister Shi Ying regain her memories?”
