Oh my goodness, I found a gem! This novel is so, so, so good. I absolutely love the story, the plot, and the way the male and female leads fall for each other again, even after being apart for a thousand years.

In this life, I love how the female lead is ruthless toward her enemies. She doesn’t waste her time on people who get in her way. If you piss her off or block her for no reason she’ll destroy you. And I mean really destroy you. She deals with pick me, creeps, and  criminal without hesitation.

The female lead is amazing, and the male lead? He’s so cute! He’s cold and reserved with others, but so sweet and shy around her. That contrast between them is everything.

Yes, there's a pretty big age gap she’s 16 and he’s 20but they knew each other in a past life, and the soul inside the girl’s body is actually over a thousand years old. I really appreciate that even though she wants their relationship to move forward fast, they both respect the morals of the current era. They understand she needs to be 18 before anything intimate happens, and I find that mature and thoughtful.

ps: She knows she’s pretty, and I love that she owns it. Like, she knows she’s smart, got that aura, and her eyes? Gorgeous. And she shows it. No fake humbleness, no playing it down for others. She’s in the spotlight and she shines, period. People tell her she’s beautiful, and she’s like “yeah, I am” as she should.
