Chapter 60: Journey Through Star’s.(1/2)

"I don’t have any idea about Ancient Court or Local Group," Lexus, shaking his head, said.

"I thought so, so let’s say it’s way bigger than this solar system. This solar system is under my authority, but I am but a speck of dust in the vast Local Group. Ancient Court’s main planet is called Ancient Planet. It’s very big and, of course, very powerful," Ian said, as Ancient Court was a mystery to him as well.

"So there are far more powerful people there?" Lexus asked as he wanted to know more about Ancient Court.

"Far more than you can imagine. Let me give you an example. This solar system we’re in has one very small star that provides energy, so I was able to get this position. Under the local group, there are planets that are ruled by more powerful people than me, so you can understand." Ian didn’t hide anything; he just told him what he knew.

"Thank you for your insight, Your Honor. So you’re suggesting that I have to go to Ancient Court to utilize my talent?" Lexus asked, as he was very new in this and was not sure if Ancient Court would accept him like this.

"That’s exactly what I am saying. I don’t know any entity that is bigger or better than Ancient Court, and with your talent, Ancient Court will welcome you with open arms." Ian said with a smile, then, like magic, with a flick of his finger, a quill and paper appeared in his hand, and then he wrote something on it.

Lexus and Isabella seated quietly as his pen moved on the paper; after writing on the paper, he stood up and went to a cabinet and pulled out a stamp and said in his verdict language.

This is Ian Lan, a lowly mid-level judge, requesting you to give this young man a chance.

Ian, saying this, folded the paper and gave it to Lex, then nodded his head gently.

"Thank you, your honor. Why? Why are you helping me?" Lexus asked, as he was very confused why a high-ranking judge like him would help a meager person like him.

"Well, this world is beautiful. Hate and holding back is just a puny little thing. Only those with a tiny dick do it to compensate for their ego, ahahaha. Helping out is a must; we’re social creatures after all, and why wouldn’t I help you? You’re under my jurisdiction, and you’re very talented as well," Ian said with a smile on his face, although he tried to crack a joke, but it didn’t work out in the end because nobody laughed.

"Thank you, sir. I will never forget about your help." Lexus bowed a little to show respect to this senior who was very kind and helpful.

"Don’t worry about it, so take this letter of recommendation from me to a person called Peter. He’s a very powerful man, and I am recommending you to him. I can’t directly recommend someone to Ancient Court yet," Ian explained why he was recommending Lexus somewhere else.

"Alright, Sir, Is he a judge as well? " Lexus asked, as he was curious what kind of person he would face next.

Ian shook his head, then slowly sat back down and looked towards the sky; although he was in a small mansion, it was as if he were seeing the sky.

"He’s way more powerful than a judge; he’s a Justice," Ian said. He was suddenly talking in a deep voice as if to make Lex and Isabella understand how powerful a Justice is.

"So, he is ruling a bigger area than you?" Lex asked, as Ancient Court has a difficult way of ruler measurements.

"Way bigger, and he’s a lot younger than me as well. I used to be his senior in our time in the academy, so he won’t ignore my request," Ian said confidently.

Lex, nodding his head, put the letter inside his dimensional ring, as the letter was very valuable.

"So, he rules this whole constellation. Our solar system is not even powerful enough to enter the top ten solar systems in this constellation. His constellation is very far from us and very big too," Ian said, as his mouth dried up from all the talking. Stephanie went inside and came back with a jar full of juice.

Lexus and Isabella also got some, and after drinking it, Stephanie took Isabella somewhere, and Lex stayed behind because Ian gestured for him to sit down.

"Young man, Don’t be hasty; the girl you came with doesn’t have much potential in her, so we’re going to talk in private as to not break her heart," Ian said, then gestured for Lexus to come closer.

Lex got close to Ian to listen to what this sage-looking judge has to say.

"You have immense potential, maybe more than that Peter guy, so don’t dilly-dally. I’ll lend you a space boat; go to Dark Matter Constellation and show them the letter I gave you. Peter the Mid-Level Justice will help you out, I believe. If he recommends it, then you will go so far that you won’t even know." Ian, saying this, reclined in his sofa and relaxed.

Lexus frowned; he was worried about the journey through space. Why are there so many ’what if’s? he was thinking that his head was hurting.

"Alright, Sir, I’ll listen to you." Lexus said this as he left Ian’s mansion.

There were two people standing right outside, and they gestured for Lexus to follow them. Lexus remembered Stephanie had said if someone hostile entered the planet, Ian would immediately know, so he followed them from behind.

Soon they reached a huge barren plateau; Lexus looked at the two people with suspicion.

Then one of them pulled out a huge rocket-like ship from nowhere and gestured for Lexus to enter it. Lexus, nodding his head, got inside, and to his surprise, both men also entered the ship and started to work on a huge pile of compasses.

There were almost 9000 Compasses in the Driving Chamber of this ship, and they were poking every one of them.
