"I can't believe that woman! So that's the reason why some of my jewelry are missing. I thought I lost them in the hospital..."

Nicole sniveled, cursing the Nanny who did bad things to her family. She wiped her eyes and checked Charlotte's bruises. 

"... That woman! I have to beat her! I have to make her bleed!"

Nicole lost it. 

"H- Hon! Calm down."

Mister Estradiol comforted his wife but it was useless. 

"Calm down? How can I calm down when that woman is alive and kicking? That woman is your cousin! How can she do this to us!?"

"I don't know. I thought she is a good person, I can't believe that she will do that to Charlotte."

"It's all your fault! Why are you always not around!? Do you know how hard it is for us!? You bastard!"

"I'm sorry, okay, I'm sorry."

The couple started causing a scene in our house. 

"Hehe, Mama and Papa Geri lovey-dovey!"

Even though her parents were fighting, Charlotte was smiling from eat to eat. The little girl was happy to see her parents together. 

"Here."

Roman approached Charlotte and gave her a handful of chocolates. 

"I don't like them, I give it to you."

Roman muttered and walked away after giving Charlotte candies. I chuckled at my son. 

"M- Me too! Sister Charlotte, this is for you."

When Sophia realized that Roman was acting well, she could let herself get defeated. She pitter-patted to the room to get one piece of Hershey's kiss and gave it to Charlotte. 

If I'm right, Sophia has more than five chocolates in her possession. 

"I- I can only gwive you one because I love chocolates..." Sophia explained. 

"Thank you, Sophia... Thanks, Brother Roman."

"Hehe." Sophia giggled happily. 

As for Roman, it seemed that he didn't hear Charlotte because he was busy with his Gameboy. 

Charlotte pouted at Roman but didn't linger on. Instead, she hugged her parents. 

"Mama, Papa, please don't fight! I will be sad!"

The parents looked at their daughter. They were heartbroken when they heard that Charlotte suffered maltreatment from Nanny Bantot. 

"Hon, I have to go to the police station."

There should be someone to talk to the police about Nanny Bantot's crime. 

"Hm, I will take Charlotte tomorrow there." 

Nicole nodded and stroked her daughter's hair with sadness. She was so stupid to believe that woman. Perhaps she was too absorbed with her job that she didn't think about it. 

They trust Nanny Bantot too much. 

"Okay. Mister Castillo, thanks for taking care of our daughter."

Charlotte's father approached me and offered a handshake. I accepted his handshake with no problem. 

"Just call me Keith."

"Well then, call me Romeo as well."

Both of us nod. Then Romeo took his family back to their house. 

A few minutes later, he knocked on our door and gave us a certain type of alcohol. 

I was the one who opened the door, Romeo gave me a small yet heavy box. I looked at it but it was in a different language so I could not read it. 

"It's called Soju, it's from Korea. I decided to buy it as a souvenir."

"Isn't too much for you to give us something expensive like this?"

"No, I have three more boxes in my house. Just think of this as a gift. Thanks for taking care of Charlotte."

"Okay."

I nodded and accepted his goodwill. To be honest, I was hesitant to accept it but it would be disrespectful to him since he was sincere. 

I closed the door with a box of Soju in my hands. 

"... What's that?"

"Oh shi--!"

I almost cussed when I heard Penelope's voice. She was smiling, staring at the box in my hands. 

Her smile was terrifying, her red eyes were dark as blood. I immediately realized her thought. 

"Honey, you don't have to worry. I will not drink it."

"Hm? I haven't even asked?"

She grinned. 

"..." 

Fuck. I messed up. 

My wife led me to the kitchen and instructed me to put the box on the shelves... I didn't know if I will have a taste of this Soju now that my wife was eyeing it. 

"I will check this everything to make sure that it's intact."

"I understand."

I nodded like a well-behaved pet. 

I have a strong tendency of losing control once drunk. I don't use violence but my tongue is sharpest than a blade once unsheathed. On top of that, I spent money recklessly once I'm drunk. 

If I have to sacrifice one thing, I'm ready to stop drinking just to see my wife happy. 

It's a decision that I must do to make this family better. 

"Aww, don't be like that. I'm doing this for you."

"Yes..."

She smiled adorably and hugged me. 

"How about we do something fun later? You know, I'm interested in wearing that nightgown again."

"Alright!" I strongly nodded like a child. 

She giggled at my stupidity. 

"Let's go and prepare the meal."

Our dinner was late because of what happened earlier. Thankfully the kids were still active and they ate the food without getting sleepy. 

Being young, Sophia and Roman become sleepy once 9 pm passed. They usually sleep at this time and their physique didn't betray them. 

Penelope took care of the kids. She watched them lay down in their beds and fall asleep... A few minutes after that, she started lap dancing on top of me. She kept her promise of wearing the black 'nightgown' and it looked good on her. 

It was a fun night, I tell you.
