Chapter 66: Fight

Candice looks at the five guys walking about them and recognizes all of their faces. She has seen all of these guys many times, as these five are members of the rugby team.

The big blond guy who is in the lead is the captain of the rugby team. And the guy walking to his right is the guy Candice was about to go on a date with, but she changed her plans the moment Adam asked her out.

She started getting nervous and scared, seeing the five guys approach them inside the back alley where there is no one else, clearly screaming that something bad is going to happen.

Candice could also see how these guys were leering at her with lustful eyes. She has a very bad feeling about their intentions towards her.

She turns to look at Adam, nervous, wondering what he will do. Will he leave her to these wolves, as a five-on-one situation is not favorable to anyone?

Adam stands his ground and watches the five guys approach him.

Now, face to face, Adam and the big blond guy stare at each other. A very confrontational move by both parties.

The guy who has a crush on Candice has his eyes only on her as she looks at him, worried.

As for the other three guys, they all have shit-eating grins on their faces, ready to pounce the moment they get the chance.

"How can I help you, gentlemen?" Adam asks, staring at the buff blonde.

"Oh, we don’t need your help at all. We will be doing all the work. Don’t worry," the bluff blonde says, looking down on Adam with his shit-eating grin.

This guy is clearly juiced to the max and towers over Adam, both in size and height. This guy probably started juicing at the age of sixteen, seeing how overly muscular he is.

This is not uncommon to see as teenagers who are into sports start juicing very early in their lives to compete at the highest level.

"This is not funny, Ryan. What are you doing here?" Candice speaks up, looking at the guy she was meant to go on a date with.

Ryan, who is about the same size as Adam, stares at Candice with bloodshot eyes, clearly very angry with Candice. Seeing him stare at her like this makes Candice shiver in fear, and she backs away a little, hiding behind Adam.

"I don’t need to explain anything to you, you slut. You rejected me just to get fucked by this fucker? I am going to make you pay for making me feel like shit," Ryan say.

"You brought your friends to fight just because I rejected you? I never thought you were such a big loser," Candice says. Not hiding what he thought of Ryan after this blatant display of aggression from him.

Of course, this is probably the worst thing a girl can do in such a situation. You are alone with your man, but you go and decided to antagonise a group of roided up assholes who clearly came looking for trouble. She is begging these people to beat the living shit out of Adam because of her actions.

And Candice’s words do the very thing most guys would be afraid of in this situation. Ryan is even more pissed and all his anger is now being directed towards Adam.

Even though Adam hasn’t done anything personally to Ryan, Adam can see the sheer hatred that Ryan has for him.

Adam smirks as he realizes what this is all about. This Ryan guy clearly liked Candice, but she decided to hang out with him. Ryan then saw him and Candice getting intimate and called his boys to put a beating on Adam.

Adam didn’t feel scared even though he was facing off against five juiced-up guys. He could feel it within him; he could easily take down this group of roided-up losers with ease, especially after everything he had learned in his MMA gym.

"I see, you bitches are mad because Candice chose much superior guy to hang out with. What I don’t understand is why the rest of you are mad? It’s not like I stole your girls, too. Wait, let me correct myself. Looking at your mugs, you guys probably haven’t touched a woman in ages," Adam says it to their face with a smug smile.

Seeing that Adam is being confrontational with them, Candice gets worried and pulls on his shirt, but Adam just rubs her hand to calm her down. He has everything in control.

The buff blonde guy frowns, seeing Adam stand up to them. He thought their presence would at least intimidate this guy, but his thinking was clearly wrong.

Mind you, all of them are very big and athletic in nature. They all are also juicing shit ton of steroids to go above and beyond. Any normal guy would be scared shitless if confronted by them.

But this guy doesn’t seem to be afraid at all.

"What are you staring at, meathead? Did all those steroids affect your ability to speak? Are you fucked in the head?" Adam questions looking directly into the buff blonde’s eyes.

"You don’t know who you are messing with," the buff blonde grows angry as his eyes too turn bloodshot from Adam’s provocation.

Adam hasn’t said anything that demeaning, but it clearly hurt the big man’s ego. Roid rage is clearly a thing and Adam is seeing it take place right before his eyes.

"Fuck him up Jack. He’s talking too much," one of the chumps in the back says, provoking the big guy to make a move.

Adam raises his brow, hearing the name of the big dude. Jack. It’s the same as his father’s.

"Your name’s Jack, huh? This just makes me want to smack the shit out of you," Adam continues to provoke them.

"Boys, let’s show this fucker who we really are." Jack doesn’t bother talking back with Adam. He is too furious to care about words. He plans to beat Adam to the edge of his life and then r*** Candice right before him. Make him feel like a complete loser.

As soon as Jack says those words, the first to attack Adam is none other than Ryan. At first, he was a little hesitant to go with Jack’s plan, but when he saw and heard Candice moaning like a slut, and then went on to degrade him before his very friends.

Ryan lost it.

He balled up his fist and threw it at Adam from the side. A clear sucker punch that ninety-nine percent of the planet won’t see it coming.

But Adam is literally built differently. He pulls his head back and sees the punch fly past before his face.

He then acts immediately. Adam grabs the hand from which the punch from thrown and yanks it down hard.

*SNAP* *CRACK* "AAAAAARGGGGGGGGGGGG!" Ryan lets out a gut-wrenching scream as both his shoulder and elbow get dislocated from Adam yanking his hand down.

But it’s not over. As he is pulled down, Adam drives his knee into Ryan’s abdomen, making his eye bulge and canceling his scream from all the air being knocked out of his body.

Adam then grabs the back of Ryan’s head and drives his knee into his face. More sounds of something breaking occur.

Ryan’s head snaps back, and he crashes down on the ground. His mouth is bloody, and he is missing a few of his front teeth.

His other four friends look at Ryan, who is down on the ground, squirming and screaming in pain. It all happened so fast that they couldn’t even react.

They slowly turn to look at Adam again, but before they could even realize how fucked of a situation they were in, it was already too late.

The next victim of Adam is none other than Jack. Jack doesn’t even see Adam’s next attack coming as Adam kicks him right in the shin.

Jack’s face immediately twisted into a disgusting expression that expressed the pain he was feeling. He immediately goes down and begins rolling on the ground, letting out guttural screams as he holds onto his shin and rolls around.

The remaining three see this and immediately take action.

"FUCK! Let’s get him all together," one of them shouts, and all three charge at Adam at the same time.

Adam handles it very smartly. He steps to the side and immediately moves to the guy who is closest to him so that he can block the other two’s path, and then delivers a brutal uppercut to his chin. Knocking him out cold.

A punch comes flying at Adam’s face, but he spins and dodges it. He then carries to momentum of his spin and delivers another brutal spinning elbow to the guy’s face who just threw the punch. He, too, does out with a sound of a crack.

Only one guy remains. He just stands there and looks down at his friends. Two of them are out cold, and two of them are screaming and squirming on the ground.

He turns his head to look at Adam and sees him just standing before him. "Wait! Wait! Wai-" before he could even finish his third wait. Adam kicks him right between his legs.

The guy’s eyes bulge out, his knees give out, and he slowly goes down, holding onto his balls. He is in so much pain that he can’t even scream.

Adam has successfully dispatched all five of them with ease, and he didn’t even break a sweat.

This was too easy for him. He didn’t even use all the things he learned in the gym. His body was just too fast for these guys to even react.

The whole fight only lasted a few seconds.
