"Who! Who dares hit me!" Xu Chun was kicked to the ground, landing face-first into the dirt.

Some in the crowd laughed, others exclaimed.

Li Sui, dressed in blue, looked at Xu Chun with hatred in his eyes. He withdrew his foot and hurried to help his parents.

Li Sui was about to explain that he went to the Ministry of Personnel, thus returning late, when he suddenly heard a loathsome voice.

"Chief Li, you saw Li Sui hit me. I think he’s eager to get imprisoned again. Aren’t you going to arrest him quickly!"

Chief Li wanted to return a favor to the Li Family, so he certainly wouldn’t take Xu Chun’s side. He said righteously, "Xu Chun, you started the fight first! You’re turning the facts around!"

Chief Li prepared to intervene and offer Li Sui a favor.
