Soon Cassandra was feeding meat to the five snow leopards who threw gratified glances at Cassandra as if she was their saviour.

While the four of her companions watched her in awe, her mate seemed tad displeased, his dragon on the other hand was beyond furious.

’She is ours, how come they get to lick her. Can’t I scorch them?’ He blazed in Siroos’s head.

’She would be furious if we did that. You can lick her later and remove that foreign stench from her,’ Siroos answered, trying to hold himself back.

Leopards let Aiko and Lotus come near and pet them as well but they ferociously growled every time any of the men tried to approach them.

Especially Siroos. They didn’t like him, similarly he detested them.

They greatly feared him because of his dragon spirit and that menacing look he gave, didn’t help his case.

"Their fur is so soft to touch," Lotus purred, ruffling the head of one.

"They are adorable, I wish I could adopt one," Aiko mused.

"Man! They stole our girls," Faris wistfully said, crouching on the snowy ground and watching his mate hugging one of the leopards.

"If this continues then we won’t be getting any game in the wild and Grimhollow might be too easy for us. Luna Cassandra will tame everything," Razial remarked, leaning against a tall pine tree with his right leg bent and foot resting on the trunk. His hair were neatly tied back in a ponytail.

Siroos just grunted, having lost his will to speak from the surging jealousy from some random leopards.

"Brother dear, is going to go up in flames if SIL won’t stop hugging those damn snowy beasts," Faris side glanced at his brother and commented with a click of his tongue.

"Poof!" Faris made a hand gesture.

Razial had to refrain himself from bursting into laughter.

To their relief, the wild beasts finally decided to leave. The mighty leopards bowed to the goddess of love as they finished their meal and with few furtive glances rushed off into the snowy woods.

"Aww! I loved them. I wish we would meet again sometime," Lotus said, all starry-eyed.

"Can we find a secure place and have our dinner as well or you ladies have decided to stay with the snow leopards," Siross sarcastically called out, his eyes blazing like two cauldrons of melted gold and blood.

"Your mate is annoyed, I guess he is not very hung up on the idea of you getting licked by leopards," Lotus snickered to Cassandra like a gossiping maiden.

"He is just jealous, I can feel it through the bond," Cassandra whispered back.

"I can hear you, Malakti. And I am moments away from picking you up and loading you on my shoulder and disappearing," Siroos threatened. The gold and crimson in his eyes were equal amounts enraged now.

"Ah! Brother dear and his fantasies," Faris teased, getting up and placing his axe on his shoulder as Aiko joined him.

Cassandra merely shrugged her shoulders as she walked back to her mate. The scent of sage mingled with the wintery coldness this place held.

"You can try, mate. I would love to see you fail," Cassandra challenged standing right before him, and poking his hard chest with her pointer finger.

He growled, a low thumping built up in his chest. The straw gold in his eyes intensified to vermilion liquid gold.

Faris placed his hand in front of his mouth, leaned towards his mate and mischievously whispered. "This will be interesting."

"Very," she answered back with a low giggle.

Lotus had joined Razial and openly declared.

"My money is on my sister. She is going to kick his smarty ass."

Razial watched on in amusement.

Now that Siroos had been cornered he had nothing to lose, confident as he was, the Alpha knew her powers won’t work on him.

Grabbing her by the waist, Siroos had her flat against his thumping chest. His starving lips came tumbling down on hers, claiming her plump ones.

The bond ensured she wouldn’t be able to push him away or budge. The hood fell away from her head revealing her goldilocks to him. His black clawed hands slithered into them, shackling her to him.

Her powers instead of pushing him away purred like a furry feline in her chest, hungry for more of this divine kiss which would leave her breathless and aroused. Her hands instinctively landed on his broad shoulders and squeezed, holding on.

Siroos hated how the scent of those damned beasts lingered on her and he wished every whiff gone, replaced by his own.

He infused himself into her through his scent, through his actions, through his words.

"No one should watch their sister being eaten like that." Razial apologetically placed his hand on a stunned Lotus’s eyes, blocking her view.

"Bless-o, brother dear, leading by example." Faris cheered for his older brother while Aiko blushed at the open fondness and love Siroos always showed for his mate.

No wonder he crossed every boundary to come to her rescue and burnt the whole place down.

"Some of us are single here," Lotus removed Razial’s hand and called out, placing her hands on her smart waist, giving them her pretty but annoyed look.

Cassandra’s brain was drunk with her mate, she had to jerk herself free from her barbarian and pant for a second.

"Stop! Idiot," she scolded, trying to look annoyed at Siroos and failing miserably.

His droopy eyes observed how flushed her face was, how erratically her heart was jumping in her chest. And those magnetic eyes of hers, crippled with desires. She wished for this to continue and loved how he claimed her.

"Next time any other creature tries to touch you like that, I will barbecue them without any remorse and we won’t have to wait for dinner." It was Siroos’s turn to nonchalantly answer before letting her go.

"Let’s get something to eat, people. I think we had enough make out session," Razial announced, moving away from the tree he was leaning against.

"Finally, I can use my axe. Let me break down a few logs so we can sit and heat up some food. SIL, lend me a hand," Faris called Cassandra seeing her still flustered by her brother’s actions.

"Of course! I will deal with your brother later."
