The other was a dormant volcano with little fanfare, its crater devoid of any magma.

Around the active volcano, countless construction vehicles were continuously engaged in extraction work.

Benean its base lay a huge city. Though not comparable to a Dragon Realm, it was still considerable next to Earth’s major international cities like Shanghu.

Jia Yan flew high above. Soon, a flying car approached him head-on!

"Opposite Strong One, flying is not allowed in Fire Energy City, nor is flying to the Fire Energy Mountain area allowed. Please adhere to the rules of Fire Energy City."

An electronic voice broadcast blared beside Jia Yan’s ears, similar in nature to Brainwave Power transmission.

Jia Yan was startled, then noticed several similarly powerful beings at around the Early Stage of Sky Level flying nearby. Hearing the announcement, they consciously descended, and after a brief contemplation, he too descended.

It seemed the rules here were unique, but it wasn’t surprising for such a rich mining area to have a comprehensive security system.

After all, he had intended to take advantage of this volcanic region!

Upon landing, Jia Yan noticed that most of the strong beings in the city had the faces of merchants, and his Armor-clad presence stood out starkly.

Attention-filled eyes swept toward Jia Yan.

He felt somewhat embarrassed.

It was much like being on Earth, in a business center where everyone wore formal suits and business attire, but his sudden appearance in a suit of Combat Armor was somewhat conspicuous!

He didn’t want to keep wearing the Armor, but after the previous space wars, the Armor seemed to have fused with part of his body. Now it was difficult even to take it off!

Luckily, this planet was a place where the strong reigned supreme. Apparently, there had been other beings like Jia Yan before, so while other creatures paid him more attention, they didn’t feel alarmed by his arrival.

Jia Yan was then able to slowly walk around the city.

This city wasn’t segmented into many areas like the Dragon Realms, at least there were no strict restrictions on zones where the weak and poor could walk.

Jia Yan saw enormous monsters on the streets, each radiating energy fluctuations around the Sky Level, yet they talked amiably about business with some ordinary creatures.

"Hello, Lord, I am a temporary business Little Secretary of this Fire Energy City. May I assist you with anything?" a small creature with a female voice approached Jia Yan, chirping clearly.

Jia Yan’s Compound Eyes moved. He looked at the newcomer.

It was a creature that looked very much like a Little Seal, but she had arms. Although she had no legs below her belly, she lay on a small flying device that moved according to her will, which was quite agile.

"What is a Temporary Little Secretary?" Jia Yan asked curiously.

The Little Seal was taken aback, then replied, "Lord, you must have come from a faraway place. Our Fire Energy City, as a business city reliant on mining, has recently gained greater commercial status in Tianlong Star. On the outskirts of the city, there are many beings like me tasked with providing business explanations and assistance to outsiders, which are what we Temporary Secretaries do!"
