Countless creatures below had no idea that a terrifying Stellar-level Strong One was actually watching a genius from high above. However, they were aware that, in this genius battle, there was a Stellar-level guest invited.

Under the watch of countless spectators and contestants, Jia Yan slowly made his way onto the stage.

He automatically filtered out those unfriendly comments toward him.

"Kid, you’re really overestimating yourself, joining our Semi-permanent Star Level battle? And here I thought you were worth some attention before," a Semi-permanent Star Powerhouse snorted coldly as he passed by Jia Yan.

Jia Yan turned around, glanced at the other party, and without any retort, arrived at his side.

Each of the competing Semi-permanent Star Powerhouses was called up one by one, but neither the surrounding audience nor the contestants themselves had much interest in others; their attention was focused on Jia Yan.

This Jia Yan had stolen too much of the limelight, and now he actually wanted to participate in a battle at the Semi-permanent Star level, not only destroying the good impression he had built before but also causing countless Strong Ones to see Jia Yan as an obnoxious genius.

"Alright, the first battle now begins. All strong ones except for the combatants, please leave the field," announced the announcer.

After a brief ceremony, the commentator announced the departure of the extra contestants, clearing the field for the first combatant pair.

Every creature and spectator then let go of their preoccupations and started watching the battle.

The first battle, indeed, instantly captured everyone’s attention.

"As expected of a Semi-permanent Star Level battle, the Dignitaries’ fights and Secondary Powerhouse battles can’t even compare."

"That Jia Yan will realize he is no more than a clown seeking to amuse the audience. A battle of this level, can he, a Dignitary, even be part of it? What a joke."

One after another, spectators witnessing the first Semi-permanent Star Genius battle sneered at Jia Yan on the sidelines.

However, Jia Yan was not much affected.

"Semi-permanent Star Geniuses truly are extraordinarily strong," Jia Yan couldn’t help but sigh internally when he saw the first pair of combatants.

Against this pair of combatants, he had no confidence of winning.

Jia Yan knew that at the Semi-permanent Star level, he really had no advantage, and could even lose to any random powerhouse he encountered. But he had no choice other than to fight.

After two battles passed, the commentator on the field hesitated for a moment, then with a hint of mockery, announced the names of the next pair of combatants.

"The next battle will be between Jia Yan and Xuan Da. Both of you, please come to the stage."

Inside and outside the entire battlefield, there was a moment of stunned silence, followed by an immediate uproar from the audience at the sidelines, and even the Semi-permanent Star Powerhouse who had been defeated in the previous round displayed a trace of interest, setting aside his frustration from his loss.

Jia Yan was momentarily startled, then climbed onto the stage without much fear.

As he barely took the stage, he saw his opponent also gleefully stepping up.

This was a monstrous creature that looked somewhat like a bear, with powerful muscles. At first sight, it was clear that he was a monster of immense strength.

"Heh, Jia Yan, I didn’t expect to fight you in the first round. Seems like I’ve stumbled upon an easy victory."

The opponent was over two hundred meters tall, standing beside Jia Yan who was only about twenty meters in height while crouching, clearly on entirely different levels.

Excitement was evident in his words; he seemed to have much less confidence in other battles, but meeting Jia Yan was a complete surprise to him.

"I advise you, Senior, not to underestimate me," Jia Yan was not angered by his opponent’s words.

"Hmm, you managed to take first place as a Dignitary and a Secondary Powerhouse, I won’t underestimate you. But currently, as a Dignitary, you’re still a little too weak. Maybe when you advance to a Secondary Powerhouse, you might have a chance to defeat me," the other party assumed a condescending manner, like giving advice to a junior.

"Alright, you two, the battle has already begun, no more talking," urged the commentator at the edge of the field, prompting them to start their battle.

"Jia Yan, I’ll let you attack first, and I won’t fight back within the first ten moves," said the bear-type monster magnanimously, after all, in his view, the attack of a Dignitary, no matter how powerful, would be limited and he had nothing to fear.

"Okay, Senior, please be careful," replied Jia Yan.

Jia Yan didn’t say much more and instantly burst out from his body!

"Heh, not bad speed, a bit faster than a typical Secondary Powerhouse," the bear-type Semi-permanent Star Monster chuckled lightly, really looking at Jia Yan as a junior, indicating he was indeed offering guidance.

But with an unchanging expression, Jia Yan, just before the charge reached the bear-type monster, suddenly vanished, entering the Subspace.

"Oh, I did forget that you also possess Space Talent," acknowledged the Semi-permanent Star Genius as he nodded slightly, looking approvingly at a certain empty space.

Then he swung his fan-sized palm fiercely!

Jia Yan just emerged from that space, attempting to reapply his attack on the opponent’s rear.

Yet the bear-type monster seemed to see through the Subspace, directly hitting Jia Yan’s body as he flew out.

Thud!

An image was brutally sent flying in space and smashed into the ground not far away.

"Ha-ha, I told you, Jia Yan would lose with one strike, such an idiot, just like I thought, believing that after taking first place as a Secondary Powerhouse, he would dare to provoke a Semi-permanent Star Genius, as if he’d lost his mind."

"Isn’t it ridiculous? Defeated with a single blow," agreed the spectators upon seeing Jia Yan get hit and sent flying, bursting out into laughter. Before, Jia Yan had never been so embarrassed; now, at the first exchange with a Semi-permanent Star Genius, he was so immediately discomfited, hitting himself in the face.

Who let him dare to challenge a Semi-permanent Star Genius, jumping two levels?

Each spectator and competitor felt incredibly relieved; this one blow completely shattered the previously grand image of Jia Yan as a towering talent, turning him into a laughingstock.

If nothing unexpected happened, Jia Yan was defeated.

"Hehe, Jia Yan, I hope you don’t blame me, I did show mercy."

The Bear-type Monster scratched its head somewhat helplessly, feeling that it might have been too harsh.

But just when all the Monsters thought Jia Yan was definitely doomed, from within the smoke-filled air, a light and indifferent voice responded.

"Oh? No wonder the force of this strike didn’t feel very strong. Senior, you don’t have to hold back on my account."

A Monster, emitting a faint blue glow, slowly flew out from the dust and smoke, looking like an Ancient Beast revealing its fierce visage, striking awe into onlookers.

"Hmm?"

One after another, the spectators saw the Monster that had flown out.

To their surprise, the Monster that had flown out was indeed Jia Yan!

But the current Jia Yan was no longer covered in sheer blackness, but in a blackness blended with a light blue glow, and that glow did not seem to be something simple.

"Jia Yan, you were actually able to withstand a blow with fifty percent of my strength, it seems I’ve underestimated you."

Beyond his shock, the Bear-type Monster’s eyes betrayed a hint of embarrassment.

He was a Semi-permanent Star Strong One, who in striking a Dignitary, failed to take his opponent down with one blow, and even though he had held back, it still felt humiliating.

"Since you think you can withstand my full strength, then go ahead and try it." The Bear-type Monster, a decisive killer by nature, changed his mind upon seeing that Jia Yan really could block his casual strike.

Boom!

The next moment, Jia Yan felt a tightening in his body!

The Semi-permanent Star Strong One’s explosive use of heaven and earth force enveloped him, and he felt an overwhelming power completely shrouding him.

The Bear-type Monster, who had spoken of giving Jia Yan ten moves, attacked in a fit of annoyed rage, breaking his own word.

There was a strange gleam in Jia Yan’s eyes.

He had previously let himself be hit on purpose, just to ensure that the audience and the Strong Ones would not underestimate him.

Now, finally facing the opponent’s strongest stance, he had achieved his goal!

"Fight!"

Jia Yan entered the Subspace.

The ferociously striking Bear-type Monster, without much confusion, directly hit a spot in the space, trying to force Jia Yan out of Subspace.

But to his surprise, Jia Yan, jolted by the huge power in Subspace, did not fall out.

Instead, after the shock, he strangely moved to the side of his opponent, and after that, his front paw mysteriously appeared on his opponent’s abdomen, gently taking away a trace of blood.

"I can actually be wounded?"

The Bear-type Monster sensed that the force behind Jia Yan’s strike was not strong, but unexpectedly, he was still injured.

"Jia Yan can actually injure a Semi-permanent Star Strong One, this is... this..." The announcer on the high platform was also somewhat stunned.

It was clear to everyone that the Bear-type Monster was not holding back at all, and had demonstrated the level of power expected from a Semi-permanent Star Strong One, yet Jia Yan was still able to wound him.

Does this mean Jia Yan really can fight head-on with a Semi-permanent Star Strong One?!

"Sss... this, this, this Jia Yan..." The announcer was somewhat dazed as he watched the ongoing attacks and defenses in the arena, unsure of what to say next.

A Dignitary, able to fight against a Semi-permanent Star Strong One, even if at a disadvantage, would still be a shockingly unbelievable story to countless creatures if word got out.

"Exciting! This is what a real fight is!"

Nobody knew that Jia Yan was feeling incredibly exhilarated at this moment.

His body appeared by the side of the Bear-type Monster, but the opponent had already grasped his attack pattern, pre-emptively striking with a palm before he could even appear, and as Jia Yan was hit by this blow, he entered Subspace while being blown away.

Throughout the process, Jia Yan felt the immense controlling power of the Semi-permanent Star Strong One, yet was not too adversely affected.

Puff, boom, boom, boom!

In the entire battlefield, like Mars colliding with Earth, countless explosions and flames continuously burst forth.

"Does this look like a fight between a Dignitary and a Semi-permanent Star Level Strong One? It’s just like two Semi-permanent Star Strong Ones are fighting, isn’t it?"

On the Tornado Force’s side, Tai Jin watched the battle unfolding on the field and was completely shocked.

Before this, he knew that Jia Yan had strong Talent, but he could never have imagined that Jia Yan’s true combat power would reach such a level.

"A High-level Genius, absolutely a High-level Genius!"

Tai Jin thought excitedly.
