Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito
Chapter 1095 - 26 Great Cultivation! [Second Update]

Chapter 1095: Chapter 26 Great Cultivation! [Second Update]

On the Giant Mosquito Fleet far, far away, Jia Yan, of course, had no idea that, at that moment, the leader who governed the Country of Taia was troubled by him and his people.

Naturally, the situation with the Giant Mosquito Fleet couldn’t be kept secret from the Country of Taia. The princess of the defunct Kama had returned; any normal national leader would have concerns. Jia Yan was also prepared for them to play some tricks.

"Fortunately, there are many in the Northern Star Domain who disdain the changes within the Country of Taia over the past three years, and so now that Kama is returning with my Giant Mosquito Fleet, there are some forces secretly assisting us. However, given that Taia is still a technological powerhouse, if Kama doesn’t gain power in the future, it would be bad for them to deal with that treacherous family. Thus, for now, these forces remain hidden in the background. Only when Kama truly has a chance of victory will their support become evident..."

When Jia Yan wasn’t cultivating, he would reflect on matters concerning the Country of Taia.

After giving it much thought, he gained a better understanding of the political games in the Northern Star Domain. The rule of the game here was that as long as the mid to small forces’ squabbles didn’t affect the large ones, it was fine. The large forces always maneuvered around the conflicts below, reaping the benefits.

During these days of journeying, the Giant Mosquito Fleet became more and more on track. Most of the crew, upon learning of Kama’s strength and identity, entertained the idea of unconditional obedience to her command. These folks, previously affiliated with the Desolate Star System or subordinates of Rong Bo, hadn’t been doing very well. Now, following Big Mosquito’s fleet, they finally achieved some respectable success. Moreover, if Kama regained her status, they could foresee a glorious future for the Giant Mosquito Fleet. Hence, Kama’s orders were invariably obeyed obediently.

Seizing this opportunity, Kama requested Jia Yan’s approval to hold an internal competition and testing within the Giant Mosquito Fleet.

"Hmm? Peak Sky-level experts, and there are three of them? Aside from the two who are captains, there’s an unknown third party, merely a deputy in a fleet? Very good, have these people summoned. I want to see them."

Jia Yan was somewhat surprised to find that the fleet secretly harbored several Peak-level heavenly experts. He immediately had Kama call these individuals.

"Lord Jia Yan, did you call for us?"

When the two captains and one Peak Sky-level expert appeared before Jia Yan, all three were somewhat nervous.

Though they were the strongest in the Giant Mosquito Fleet aside from Jia Yan, it all depended on who they were compared with. Being at the Sky Level was impressive, but compared to Jia Yan, who could even defeat Stellar Honorables, they were truly insignificant. Jia Yan could even use a Brainwave Power from a distance to kill them instantly!

Jia Yan addressed the three directly, "Each of you talk about your cultivation period and your skills."

Among these three monsters, two were captains—faces Jia Yan was familiar with. However, the other was just an ordinary deputy in a battleship, and Jia Yan didn’t know much about this monster’s species, only that he seemed to be hiding some power.

As expected, the two captains had the cultivation levels Jia Yan already knew, and they were also slightly older.

"I am an orphan who grew up in the Desolate Star System. It’s said that my father was a hero among the natives of the Desolate Star System, but no one knows if that’s true. Discontent with the ten strongest, I left the Desolate Star Domain, hoping to create a legacy with you, Lord."

The deputy was very honest with Jia Yan, who could tell he wasn’t lying. Given his far weaker strength, he likely knew that lying would be easily detected by Jia Yan, so he spoke the truth.

"Your strength is at the Peak Sky Level, which isn’t very strong, but it’s enough to captain a small maneuvering fleet. Why would you prefer to be a deputy? And I’ve inquired; your actual authority isn’t substantial," Jia Yan said, his gaze on the other devoid of any emotion, yet shimmering with an inexplicable sheen.

Under Jia Yan’s scrutiny, the ten-meter-long Peak-level heavenly creature nearly trembled with fear, yet he managed to stand firmly.

"My Lord, due to my background, I’ve learned very little before. However, I am still young, and I’m willing to assume a position of low status, just to learn something. Only then will better opportunities arise in the future!" he declared.

"Equivalent to about fifty years old in Earth’s reckoning, yes? Well, that’s young among Peak Sky-level strongmen," Jia Yan silently considered his age and nodded.

Of course, Jia Yan didn’t compare this individual to himself, for it was hard to say if Jia Yan, even now after his rebirth, was over thirty years old—that included the time wasted in gravitational waves. If counted in normal time flow, he wasn’t even twenty yet!

Any cosmic strongman or monster Jia Yan had met couldn’t compare with his talent. His path of growth was practically indescribable, almost defying the heavens. Even the Light Shadow Monster was left utterly speechless and stunned upon hearing about Jia Yan’s growth period.

Having reached such a level after living for just over fifty years, this individual was also a considerable genius.

"Alright, I see potential and talent in you. For now, stay here, as I will offer you some guidance," said Jia Yan, looking at the tense monster, and made this direct statement.

"Guidance? Lord Jia Yan of the Giant Mosquito species, personally guiding me?!" The young monster was somewhat stunned upon hearing this.

He originally thought that his birth would be scorned by the Giant Mosquito Fleet. When he was in the Desolate Star Domain, every time people found out he was a descendant of those who once resisted the ten strongest natives, they drove him away. Logically, he shouldn’t encounter such treatment within the Giant Mosquito Fleet, but he still thought this way.

Yet, unexpectedly, Lord Jia Yan was actually preparing to personally guide him!?

"Kid, you better thank the Lord quickly!" One of the captains, seeing the guy frozen, smiled and patted him on the back.

Having seen Jia Yan many times, these captains weren’t as fearful of him.

"Don’t you two go anywhere either. Stand by and watch later. If you have any questions about cultivation, summarize them in your mind. I will give you fifteen minutes each day to ask questions!" Jia Yan glanced at the two fellows and didn’t send them away.

"Really? Thank you, Lord Jia Yan!" Upon hearing this from Jia Yan, the two captains quickly expressed their gratitude.

And the young monster bowed his head in immense gratitude.

Jia Yan nodded, then said sternly to the three, "Don’t get too happy too soon. If I’m nurturing the three of you, it’s because I want to see one of you reach Star Space Level. If none of you reach that level in the next month, then you will truly disappoint me. I hope you’ll work hard!"

"One month to reach Star Space Level?!" The three monsters exchanged glances upon hearing this, then looked at each other with determination, feeling they really needed to strive hard.

"Alright, Kama, come here too. You’re even younger than them, and you’re about to reach Heavenly Peak. Once you reach that point, I’ll give you something even better. It’s when you strengthen your powers that you become most useful to the entire fleet," Jia Yan said to Kama, who was listening on the other side of the communicator.

"No way, Boss, I don’t like cultivating," Kama whined on the other end.

"You don’t like to cultivate and yet you’ve reached Mid Celestial Level at this age? Good, I’m even more pleased with your talent. I now order you to come here for an hour each day. During this hour, I’ll train you even more rigorously. Who knows, maybe in a month, you might also reach Star Space Level?" Jia Yan teased slightly.

"Ugh! Alright, I’ll go. But don’t expect me to reach Star Space Level in a month; I’m not as capable as you, Boss." Kama was genuinely afraid that Jia Yan would expect her to reach Star Space Level in a month, something she thought was impossible. But after seeing Jia Yan’s own rate of promotion, Kama realized that such terrifying speeds of advancement did exist in the world, though she found it improbable for herself.

In the following time, Jia Yan not only put himself through special training but also guided a select part of the fleet’s monsters worth nurturing, and the entire fleet seemed to be rapidly growing stronger!

This was why Kama dubbed these times as ’The Giant Mosquito Fleet’s Grand Cultivation Days.’

"Just yesterday, another Earth Level being was promoted to Sky Level. That’s the fifth day in a row for promotions, Boss; your broadcast guidance is really useful."

The tall and stately woman, with a pert and beautiful figure, stood proudly beside the Terrifying Giant Mosquito.

This was naturally Kama, and at the moment, this five-meter-tall woman was indicating the data of a monster on the screen, constantly explaining to Jia Yan beside her.

"They say he’s only in his forties, worth nurturing in my opinion."

Since being recognized as a princess, this woman didn’t change much; she was still straightforward and casual. Judging from the media information, this princess was once punished by her family for her unladylike behavior.

"You talk about others being geniuses at forty-something; look at you, not even thirty, and you’re nearing Heavenly Peak. Isn’t that even more genius?" Jia Yan shook his head slightly as this woman greatly valued the talent of her subordinates, but did not pay much attention to her own.

"I’m different; I don’t want to become a strong one; my path is destined to be that of a commander," Kama said, slightly uncomfortable when Jia Yan complimented her talent. "Besides, it’s all due to your impressive guidance that I could reach Heavenly Peak so quickly."

Jia Yan looked at her noncommittally and then chuckled to himself.

In truth, he wasn’t really that impressive; if he from a few months ago had tried to guide these fellows, it would be a wonder if they didn’t end up going into a frenzy due to his directions.

Now, Jia Yan was able to guide these monsters only because he had gained the knowledge of the Light Shadow Monster, and after integrating some of his own ideas, he could guide these Heavenly-level monsters effectively.
