After the two men shook hands, everyone sat down. Tiong Qiufeng ordered dishes according to Luo Qiao’s preferences: "Qiaoqiao, I ordered the dishes based on what you like. Why don’t you order some that your husband enjoys?"

Luo Qiao picked up the glass that Lu Yichen had poured water into for her, "No need to order anything else. He has the same taste as me. Whatever I like, he likes too."

Tiong Qiufeng tapped her arm, "Really now, not sparing the dog food."

Luo Qiao chuckled as she looked at Lu Yichen, "She doesn’t seem to believe what I said?"

Lu Yichen smiled and topped up her water, "Later on, we’ll let facts do the talking. No need to argue with her."

Tiong Qiufeng laughed it off, "You two really are something."

After warming up with some hot water, Luo Qiao finally asked, "Mr. Wei, what do you do for a living?"

Wei Ziwen replied with a smile, "Just call me Ziwen. Qiufeng is the one I’ve chosen for myself, and her friends are mine too, so let’s just keep it casual."

Luo Qiao nodded.

Wei Ziwen continued with a smile, "I work at a bank..."

It turned out Tiong Qiufeng was at the bank conducting some business when she encountered Wei Ziwen, who was inspecting work at a branch. A child, following his parents at the bank, happened to flick a glass marble that inadvertently ended up under Tiong Qiufeng’s high-heeled shoe. Losing her balance, she staggered and ended up in Wei Ziwen’s arms.

Wei Ziwen nodded, "Understood, understood. I hope to gain Qiufeng’s approval soon."

The staff moved the phone up to the counter for her convenience, "Hello, Grandpa Yuan, is Sister Jianing at home?"

Hearing that Old Master Yuan told the housekeeper, "Go upstairs and call Jianing down, tell her Qiaoqiao is looking for her."
