Lu Yichen helped to clean the bed and neatly make it up with bedding. He also hung a curtain and placed several clothes, shoes, and daily essentials in the cabinet before cleaning the basin and locking it away in the lower cabinet.

Then he asked, "Anything else that needs doing?"

Luo Qiao checked her watch, "There’s a class meeting in the afternoon to distribute books; that’s it."

The couple bid farewell to the roommates and left the school. Luo Qiao then said, "Let’s go back to the second courtyard. We can eat lunch there and check if we need anything else."

When they arrived, Xu Yuqing had already returned from school. The morning was spent reporting and cleaning, and knowing that Luo Qiao would definitely come by, she came back early.
