Before coming over, Lu Yi had washed his hands at his own house and even brought two lunch boxes with him.

Luo Qiao smiled, "It’s fine now. I didn’t work in the fields this morning. I was sorting fertilizer in the big warehouse. Sitting down didn’t bother me."

Lu Yi picked up his bowl, "Work in the big warehouse for the next few days then. I have some lined gloves at my place, I will bring you a few pairs later. That fertilizer can be pretty hard on the hands."

Luo Qiao said, "No need, Auntie Gao said she would bring some for me this afternoon. Hurry up and eat, so you don’t affect your afternoon’s work. If there’s enough time, rest a little at Stone’s place before going back to work."

Lu Yi continued to eat and replied, "Alright, after I deliver Stone’s food, I’ll take a rest at his place. I’ll take the lunch boxes back with me this evening."
