"Is this the Clinic you wanted?"

Claire took the contract and flipped through a few pages. Her heart was filled with excitement, and her beautiful eyes widened with surprise.

" Yes, this is the one, you bought it?" Looking at the amount on the contract, a whopping five million, the same amount that Sam had mentioned earlier, Claire’s grip on the contract tightened she looked at Alex with determination and said,

"Thank you. I definitely pay you back."

Alex’s handsome eyes narrowed, and a wicked smile appeared on his lips. This money was nothing to him, and he even hoped that she would never be able to him back.

"Okay, the principal plus ten percent interest. Also, I have a request.’
