Wu Tang had a confused look on his face, as he questioned, "what is the news?"

"Tang Jingsheng, your future brother-in-law was just arrested for rape," the subordinate reported.

Wu Tang smiled lightly as he hit his fingers on the table.

"Are you sure this news is real?" Wu Tang asked with a smile. He was in a superb mood.

"Of course, boss, one of the officers is my friend, and he provided me this information," the subordinate immediately explained, he hoped his boss would believe it.

"That is interesting, Tang Jingsheng is going to jail, my soon-to-be wife has a brother who is a rapist, isn’t this family interesting?" Wu Tang chuckled. He seemed to be having fun.

"Boss, what are you going to do?" The subordinate wiped his tears as he asked the question.

He would not let this matter go, regardless of Jingsheng being his brother, I am eager to see how this case would end," Wu Tang was not concerned about it. He waved his hands, dismissing his subordinate immediately.

He had an evil smirk on his face. If anyone saw him that way, they were going to run away from him immediately.

Li Qiang was in his office when he got a call from someone.

"President, I have got news for you," he heard from the other end.

Sitting upright, he asked, "what is that?"

"Tang Jingsheng has been arrested for rape, it turns out he was never sick to begin with," the person reported.

Li Qiang furrowed his brows as the call disconnected.

He thought for a while before dialing Tang Mo’s number who picked up after a few seconds.

"Qiang," he called out.

"What is this I am hearing about? Did brother Jingsheng really do it?" Li Qiang went straight to the point as he questioned Tang Mo immediately.

Tang Mo who was driving clenched his fists around the steering wheel. He breathed in and out.

"Yes, brother, I guess the news has spread, it is only a matter of time before my father finds out," Tang Mo expected this already. The press would find out about it, and it would be aired on the TV.

"Where are you now?" Li Qiang asked with a profound look in his eyes. At this time, he needed to stay with Tang Mo as he needed that moral support.

"I am on my way to the station, do you want to come?" Tang Mo asked.

"Yes, where is the station?" Li Qiang asked.

"XX station, brother, why do you think brother Jingsheng changed so much? Or do you think I never knew my brother? I always looked up to him, but I guess I was wrong about it," Tang Mo exhaled.

Li Qiang was the only one who could understand what he was facing. He put a smile on his face while he was discussing with Zhou Mian earlier on, but in the face of Li Qiang, he could only show how much his brother’s betrayal hurt him.

"I do not know how to explain it to you, but I know that you can never truly know about someone’s true colors, except they are willing to show you how they really are," Li Qiang explained to him.

"I know, brother, I guessed I looked up to the wrong person, I was not expecting him to be that way, I thought the values my mom instilled in us were enough, but my brother and sister turned out to be black sheep," Tang Mo chuckled bitterly.

Li Qiang remained silent. He realized that Tang Mo still had something to say. This was how well he knew Tang Mo.

"I still have to apologize for my sister’s foolish behavior, I have lost count of how many times I apologized on her behalf," Tang Mei laughed with a sad smile.

"Focus on driving, I will see you soon," Li Qiang stated and disconnected the call.

He let out a sigh. He did not even want to know what Tang Mo was facing at this moment. He only hoped that Tang Mo would do the right thing.

He seemed to be doing it, though. Likewise, he had already sent his brother to jail.

Not only that, but he had to give it to Tang Mo. Nobody was as courageous as him.

Li Qiang sighed for the nth time. Tang Jingsheng’s actions were not surprising to him, and though he did not have a close relationship with Tang Jingsheng, he had noticed the signs.

It was only a matter of time before he showed his real color. Li Qiang did not expect that he would do so in such a high profile.

He packed up and exited the office. He needed to be with Tang Mo at this time.

Xin Yan was exhausted looking at the heap of files she needed to go through. She then recalled that she had to make it up to Zhou Mian.

With this thought in mind, she placed a call to Zhou Mian who picked up within seconds.

"Mian, are you free? Do you want to go shopping? This is the only way I can make it up to you," Xin Yan stood up from her chair as she looked out of the city from her office’s window.

"I wish I could, Yan, but there is an issue," Zhou Mian replied in a nasal tone which prompted Xin Yan’s brows to furrow.

Her lips twitched a bit. She had a bad feeling, and Zhou Mian’s words confirmed it.

"Tang Jingsheng was just arrested, I’m pretty sure the news would circulate among the higher society," Zhou Mian explained to her.
