When they reached the city, they were met with huge stone walls made of boulders. Each stone was a meter long, and the walls were so tall they seemed to touch the sky, implying the grandeur of ancient times!

However, there was also a layer of dark gray material on the city walls. Li Wenli curiously used a dagger to pry it lightly, and a layer of dark gray powder cascaded down.

"Could this be ash from a volcanic eruption?"

Bai Junjun also leaned in to study it closely.
