Sean muttered as he stood up and gritted his teeth.

He clenched his hands tightly, held his spear properly, and took a fighting stance.

Then he dashed forward toward Raven, removing any hesitation inside his head!

He’s using one of his skills, <Fearless Warrior>.

So he was able to ignore all of his worries and fear at the moment.

Mental skills are rare and really helpful, as they contribute a lot in fights.

After arriving a couple meters away from Raven, Sean thrust his spear forward.

He was able to aim properly at Raven’s heart and made use of his weapon’s length because of his improved mental state!

Though, Sean isn’t the only one who has a skill that improves one’s mentality.

Raven has two of them.

As a matter of fact, Raven is currently boosting the effect of <Calm Thinker> while using his skill, <Insight>.

So he can see Sean’s spear’s path clearly.

Raven just slightly turned his torso to the left.

And he was able to dodge Sean’s attack with such ease.

Raven moved in toward Sean and attacked back by horizontally swinging his sword toward his neck!

When Raven suddenly kicked his left knee, making him fall on the ground completely!

Sean was so focused on Raven’s sword and gun to avoid any incoming attack... So he wasn’t able to see his foot coming at him.

And as soon as Sean fell to the ground, Raven fired three bullets at him again!

PHUCK!

"URGH—!!"

Two bullets each hit Sean’s shoulders, and the other one dug into his stomach!

STAB—

"GRAAAAH!!!"

And even before Sean could respond to what’s happening, a black dagger struck his left hand!

Then he saw Raven crouching to his left while holding the [Black Dagger]’s handle that just pierced his hand.

Raven was, like before, looking down at him with cold eyes.

Both of his weapons were in their holster and sheath—he was openly saying that he doesn’t see Sean as a threat.

Raven declared that.

Sean was surprised, of course—in his data, Raven was supposed to be just [F-] rank!

Yeah he immediately noticed that his rank is much higher than that after his confrontation with him in the cafeteria before.

And after fighting him now, he thinks his rank is higher than him.

But Raven just stated that he’s actually a rank lower than him.

’And I’m still losing...?’

Sean... was devastated after hearing that.

He muttered.

Then not long after that, anger rose inside him, and his mana started moving violently!

Raging red mana erupted from Sean’s body, and that made a small explosion around him!

Raven knew that would happen, so he was already far away from him even before his mana moved violently.

Raven dashed forward to Sean!

As he did so, Sean thrust his spear again toward him!

CLANG-!

Raven intercepted Sean’s spear using [Emmeranne]!

"Urgh... fuck...!"

He cursed as he felt Sean’s boosted strength—Sean was a lot stronger than him!

So Raven spun his body to the left to redirect the force of the attack and avoid taking it fully!

SLASH!

Then he immediately swung his sword toward Sean’s right shoulder!

Though, Sean crouched down and avoided it. And following that, he launched a left punch aimed at Raven’s pelvis!

’Fuck off!’

Raven thought with a frown.

THUMP-!

He blocked Sean’s fist by raising his right foot and using its sole to stop his attack!

Then Raven lightly jumped on his left foot and rotated his body to the left.

BAM-!

And performed a spinning whip kick, kicking Sean’s left cheek with the heel of his left foot!

"Aargk... GRAAAH!!!"

Sean withstood Raven’s attack and swung his spear diagonally up from his bottom right!

Raven, who’s still in midair, couldn’t avoid it, so using the momentum of his spin, he violently rotated his whole body to the left once again.

And intercepted Sean’s spear by kicking it with his right foot, which was covered with dense mana and [Celestria]!

Sean used one of his skills, and Raven, of course, immediately responded by using one of his own!

A strong fire, as big and as thick as a building’s pillar, launched from the tip of Sean’s spear and was shot toward Raven!

On the other hand, a huge black vortex erupted from Raven’s right hand and collided with Sean’s attack!

And as soon as their skills made contact—

Raven’s skill uncontrollably started swallowing Sean’s skill!

Then he kicked off the ground as he flapped his wings at the same time, flying toward Sean with terrifying speed!

Raven immediately arrived in front of Sean and grabbed him by the neck with his left hand.

He cast a 2nd-tier magic using his electric attribute—Sean screamed in pain, but Raven ignored him.

Instead, he slammed his back in front of him.

Sean let out a pained scream again, but Raven just doesn’t care.

He even cast his magic spell again.

Raven shortened his chant and made the electric output weaker.

But when his spell traveled from his hand to his sword, and to Sean’s penis and whole body...

Sean couldn’t help but shake like a worm on the ground and scream like a bitch in agony.

He was struggling to breathe, and his consciousness was getting weaker.

But Raven still happily cast his spell once againn

Raven’s eyes turned cold and then became emotionless.

And that’s when Sean knew—he fucked up.

Fear washed all over him, and he pissed himself.

Raven just frowned at that sight before opening his mouth again.

"[Paralyze]"
