"After returning from Nuwa Palace, the disciple has been ruminating. Nuwa attained sagehood by comprehending the Creation Dao and creating a race recognized by Heaven and Earth. Why can’t Master and Eldest Uncle use this method?"

"A method?" Primordial shook his head, feeling disappointed and said indifferently, "Each path of the Dao is different; how could they converge?"

Duobao straightened his back and said, "Junior Aunt Nuwa has already proven that this path can be taken. Why is Master not willing to try?" He hesitated briefly before adding, "The two Masters from the Western region are likely to attempt this path as well. What if they succeed?"

Primordial frowned slightly. He was reluctant to imitate Junior Sister Nuwa, not wanting to subdue himself even after becoming a sage. However, Duobao made sense; if the two Western Masters succeeded on this path and became sages first, and the Three Pure Ones of Pangu’s True Sect were still unable to become sages, it would be a great loss of face. "Yes!" Duobao got up and walked towards the outside.

Primordial spoke up, "Bai He!"

Duobao made his way to Shangqing Peak. Unlike the two Second Masters, Duobao had strong confidence in his own master and was certain he could persuade Master to try his own method.

In front of Shangqing Palace, Golden Spirit Saint Mother was sitting cross-legged under a tree, utterly bored.

A piece of auspicious cloud descended, and as the auspicious cloud dissipated, Duobao stood on the ground and stepped towards the direction of Shangqing Palace.

Golden Spirit Saint Mother called out in surprise, "Eldest Disciple!"

Duobao halted in his steps, turned his head towards the tree, and asked in astonishment, "Junior Sister Jin Ling, what are you doing here?"

Jin Ling said with a smile, "Eldest Brother, what are you thinking about? You didn’t even notice I was here."

Duobao said with a smile, "Just some doubts about cultivation. Junior Sister, have you come to seek an audience with Master as well?"

Jin Ling nodded and said, "Yes!"

Duobao asked with confusion, "Then why wait here, why not go in?"

Jin Ling said helplessly, "Bai Jin is inside paying his respects~ so I can only wait out here first."
