The Alliance

Description: The Alliance is a dictatorship ruled by the Grand Chancellor with very few checks and balances to keep him in check. So few that the only things stopping him from doing whatever he pleases are the Bloodline families and the populace itself of the elite society turning against him. The Alliance spans across hundreds of galaxies with trillions of people in its population, and each world within it is classified by five different Classes of world.

Class I: Class I worlds are prosperous in every way, and they are often covered in nothing but cities with little to no nature. They even have cities in space around them in the form of space stations. However, only the wealthiest of people are allowed to live on them. They must also have Class I citizenship within the Alliance, must pay an immense immigration fee if they are not born on the Class I planet, and have some connection to someone on the planet to be allowed in. These worlds are the elite of the entire Alliance and number fewer than ten in total out of the hundreds of thousands of civilized planets within the Alliance.

Class II: Class II worlds are still prosperous, but they are often considered tourist worlds and vacation worlds. Places rich people go to in order to relax without living there. However, as the worlds still need people running them, there are plenty of people who live and work there. Often for the chance to rub shoulders with those Class I citizens. Giving them a possible connection to move to a Class I world should they ever attain Class I citizenship. There are hundreds of Class II worlds all across the Alliance.

Class III: Class III worlds are the average world in the Alliance for those who have a say in how the Alliance runs. Additionally, most affairs in the Alliance are run from Class III worlds with the majority of the workforce being from these worlds. There are hundreds of thousands of Class III worlds in the Alliance.

Class IV: Class IV worlds are the bottom rung of the Alliance’s general society. The people living there, those with Class IV citizenship, are treated relatively poorly but still like people in a sense. They can move up in society through purchasing Class III citizenship and can move off their worlds if they get the citizenship and funds to move. But the Class IV worlds themselves serve as hosts for these bottom rung citizens, with the people being largely under their own control as they try to push their way out of the worlds to better ones. There are tens of thousands of Class IV worlds in the Alliance.

Class V: Class V worlds are considered the slums of the Alliance. They are heavily regulated to force anyone living there to follow their rules with heavy Alliance military inhabitance to strictly control the planets. Keeping all the citizens in line with almost no chance to leave the worlds beyond connections, hitting the jackpot in the lottery, and through becoming a Pioneer. However, less than 0.00000001% of Pioneers from Class V worlds manage to survive after being selected. Serving as nothing more than entertainment for the rest of the Alliance.

Aqua

Description: On a dark day hated by all citizens of the lower worlds, Aqua finds herself chosen during the Selection Ceremony as the next user of their world to participate in the World Expansion. Where she is sent to a newly discovered world to showcase the world on a livestream shown to the entire universe in order to expose the world’s weakness to the Alliance. But after arriving, she awakens two Bloodlines. The Abyssal Orca Bloodline and the Kraken Bloodline. Both of which then merge into the Abyssal Kraken Bloodline.

Age: 20

Appearance: She has deep blue hair, almost black, with a single white streak through her bangs. She is average height if not ever so slightly shorter than average and has glowing blue eyes.

Bloodlines: Abyssal Orca and Kraken merged into Abyssal Kraken

Traits:

Physique of the Abyssal Kraken – The Abyssal Kraken obtains enhanced strength and can move and breathe freely while underwater.

Apex Predator of the Depths – The Abyssal Kraken awakens the REGEN Hidden Stat and gains one permanent stat point of REGEN for every creature they kill within the water.

Lifeblood of the Abyssal Kraken – The Abyssal Kraken’s lifeblood reigns supreme, allowing the Abyssal Kraken to naturally heal and regenerate every type of harmful status to their body in existence so long as a single cell of theirs remains unharmed. This includes all types of injuries, illnesses, infections, missing body parts, and any other type of damage and source of damage to the body. Death occurs ten seconds after the Abyssal Kraken’s hearts and brain are all destroyed so long as they are not regenerated within that time.

[Skill 1: Abyssal Kraken’s Embrace]

[Description: Abyssal Kraken’s Embrace allows the user to summon tentacles of the Abyssal Kraken within three meters of their body. These tentacles can then stretch for five meters away from where they are summoned.]

[Cost: Abyssal Kraken’s Embrace costs a total of 10 mana for every tentacle summoned. The tentacles can then stay summoned free of charge for a maximum of one minute.]

[Skill 2: Hydrokinetic Wrath]

[Description: Hydrokinetic Wrath allows the user to manipulate and pressurize water around you to use as a weapon. The amount of pressure controllable is dependent on the user’s Magical Strength stat.]

[Cost: Hydrokinetic Wrath costs a total of three mana for every base use of the skill. However, additional mana costs will be added depending on how strenuously the skill is used.]

[Skill 3: Call of the Abyss]

[Description: Call of the Abyss allows the user to let out an orca’s call, summoning forth four deepsea orcas whose level is 4/5ths of the user’s level to fight alongside them. Filling the room temporarily with water while the four deepsea orcas are still alive.]

[Cost: Call of the Abyss costs a total of fifty mana to use.]

[Cooldown: Call of the Abyss has a cooldown of thirty minutes. All summoned deepsea orcas will disappear thirty minutes after being summoned.]

[Skill 4: Abyssal Kraken’s Partial Shift]

[Description:Abyssal Kraken’s Partial Shift allows the user to transform certain parts of their body into features of the Abyssal Kraken, the Kraken, or the Abyssal Orca. The parts the user may shift include the following: Tentacles, Fangs, Sensory Organs]

[Cost: Abyssal Kraken’s Partial Shift costs differing amounts of mana depending on which body parts are shifted into what and for how long and how many parts at once.]

[Skill 5: Pressure of the Abyss]

[Description: Pressure of the Abyss allows the user to increase the water pressure in the area five meters around them to the water pressure of the upper depths of the Abyss itself. Additionally, the range of the skill increases by another five meters for every 100 points in Magical Strength the user has. Furthermore, the water pressure of the skill will increase to different levels of the Abyss depending on the user’s Magical Strength.]

[Cost: Pressure of the Abyss costs one mana for every five seconds the skill is active. However, the time every point of mana lasts increases by five seconds for every 100 points in Magical Strength the user has.]

[Description: Abyssal Reversal allows the user to send out a pulse of abyssal energy that temporarily corrupts the bodies of all it hits, causing them to be affected by the status Abyssal Reversal. All those under this status effect have all their actions reversed. However, the effect of this skill may be blocked fully or partially if the target has a strong mental resistance or a large advantage in levels over the user. Additionally, unless a target is far beneath your level, they will often instinctively realize what the effect does within a few seconds of being under its effects.]

[Skill 7: Maw of the Abyssal Kraken]

[Description: Maw of the Abyssal Kraken allows the user to summon a large Abyssal Kraken maw underneath your target. This maw will pull in any nearby monsters in a powerful vacuum while affecting every individual marked as a target with the dazed, slow, and blind effects.]

[Cost: Maw of the Abyssal Kraken costs 300 mana to use.]

[Description: Devourer of the Abyss allows the user to summon forth a number of Abyssal Orca mouths to devour all enemies in the surrounding area that are nearing death already. Furthermore, every enemy devoured through this skill will grant the user a surge in regeneration for a brief period of time.]
