She noticed that the screen did show it was only a hundred meters, but there were no cinema signs around.

The cinema was doing good business, with a lot of people.

But when he arrived, Yang Ruoxi wasn’t waiting there as expected.

Just as he took out his phone, he saw Yang Ruoxi approaching with two cups of drinks and a big bucket of popcorn.

Apparently, she had gone to buy snacks.

Chen Yang chuckled, then glanced up at the cinema hall screen, seeing that their movie was about to start, so he hurried with Yang Ruoxi to check their tickets and enter the theater.

The movie hadn’t started yet, and the theater lights were all on.

Chen Yang held the drinks with one hand and the tickets with the other to find their seats.

After a quick look at the tickets, Chen Yang pointed in a direction and led Yang Ruoxi over.

Finding their seats, they sat down with a sigh of relief.

"Whew, finding seats in a cinema is quite troublesome, but luckily we came early before the crowd," Yang Ruoxi laughed as she sat down.

Chen Yang smiled slightly, not replying, but opened the popcorn, "Here, your popcorn."

Yang Ruoxi took it without hesitation and leaned back in her seat, munching away.

Chen Yang just watched her eat.

At first, Yang Ruoxi felt fine, but as Chen Yang kept staring, she began feeling a bit self-conscious.

"Want some?"

She offered the popcorn to Chen Yang in an attempt to break his gaze.

"No need, you enjoy it, I don’t like eating this stuff," Chen Yang declined.

Yang Ruoxi frowned, "Then why are you staring at me continuously? It makes me uncomfortable."

Chen Yang chuckled, "Well, the lights are about to go out, and I won’t be able to see you, so I’m just taking this time to admire your pretty face."

Although his words had a hint of flattery, they still delighted Yang Ruoxi.

"I smelled it."

"Good, then I’ll use this perfume from now on," Yang Ruoxi replied calmly.

Chen Yang felt a slight warmth in his heart and didn’t speak further.

At this moment, the movie officially started, and he quietly held Yang Ruoxi while watching the film.

Although his eyes were on the movie screen, his thoughts were long focused on Yang Ruoxi.

Today, Yang Ruoxi’s attire was sizzling, something he’d never seen.

His heart was naturally a bit itchy.
