Then she dashed out of the yard.

"Sister..." Holding the sweet potato, Axian stood pitifully at the doorway, unsure whether to go back to sleep or eat the sweet potato first. Sister really could be heartless sometimes, waking him up only to not let him join the outing. Now with the door to their parent’s room shut, he felt very lonely.

Oh well, might as well go back to sleep; it’s still early.

After Xia Dabao ran out, Lanlan noticed her limping and casually asked, "What happened to your leg? Did you hurt yourself?"

"I took a fall on the way back yesterday, it’s nothing serious, I can still climb the mountain," Xia Dabao said.
