Chapter 551: So it was you 5 Chapter 551: So it was you 5 Seeing the sparkling look in Victoria Garcia’s eyes, Francis Davis knew she must be doing well.
“Victoria, in my heart, you are the most beautiful sister and the best sister, and you deserve the best lover.” He paused for a moment and then continued, “Mr. Johnson, I’ve heard a few things about you, and although I feel like you’re not quite the right fit for her in some ways, seeing your clean and happy smile now, I know that you are doing well, and that’s all that matters.”
Saying this, Francis Davis opened his arms, “Come, let your brother give you a blessing hug.”
Without thinking too much, Victoria took a step forward and shared an intimate but polite hug with Francis Davis.
Candy Foster, who stood on the side, thought to herself that she can’t see this scene, she just can’t!
As for Mr. Johnson, she shouldn’t need to report these unseen images to him.
“Thank you, Brother Francis!” Victoria used her childhood name for Francis Davis; her parents used to make her call him that, so she thought it was okay to use that name in private.
Francis Davis greedily smelled the fragrance of Victoria’s hair before reluctantly letting her go, showing a cheerful smile, “Bring your sister-in-law next time, you two should get along well.”
“Alright, when I have time, I’ll show my sister-in-law around Metropolis,” Victoria said.
While Victoria and Francis Davis were talking, suddenly someone approached and loudly called, “Miss Garcia!”
She turned her head and saw Wavy, hugging a Blondie Bluebell.
This Wavy person, really, changing women faster than changing clothes, each time meeting her and giving her a different nickname, she was impressed.
“I didn’t expect to meet you here.” Victoria greeted him politely.
Wavy looked at Francis Davis and asked Victoria, “Who is this guy?”
Clearly, this manner of questioning was impolite.
But Wavy was someone who never played by the rules, talking to him about etiquette was like a scholar meeting a soldier, not a conversation that would lead anywhere.
“This is my good friend, Francis Davis,” said Victoria, then she introduced Wavy to Francis Davis, “This is…”
Victoria suddenly realized that she only knew him as Wavy, didn’t know his full name.
“My surname is Lewis,” Wavy announced.
“Douglas Lewis?” Victoria blurted out.
Wavy gave her a glance, his gaze still on Francis Davis, “How come I’ve never heard Arnold Johnson mention you as his friend?”
“A good childhood friend, we just reconnected today,” Victoria explained with a smile.
Wavy responded with a long, “Oh…”
“Mr. Lewis, hello!” Francis Davis, not minding Wavy’s scrutiny at all, greeted him with a smile instead.
“Mr. Davis, hello!”
Seeing Wavy’s insincere demeanor, Victoria immediately stopped any further conversation, exchanged a few polite words with him and quickly left with Francis Davis.
Wavy thoughtfully watched the two leaving, deciding to go have fun with Arnold Johnson.
With that thought, he couldn’t wait a moment longer, even before walking over, he immediately called Arnold Johnson.
Seeing the incoming call, Arnold Johnson picked up, “Where are you?”
“Still in Metropolis, of course,” Wavy replied.
“Why haven’t you left yet?” Arnold Johnson was surprised to hear that Wavy was still in Metropolis.
