As her head swayed on the pillow, she suddenly caught a glimpse of a man’s face beside the bed. She quickly looked again.

It was indeed Ethan Lee’s face, and before her surprise could subside, she saw her mother, Clara Brown, sleeping in his arms.

The terrifying part wasn’t that they were both naked and stuck together, but that she herself was also naked.

Mia’s brain started recalling some of the events from last night. She seemed to have gotten drunk, passed out, and then had an erotic dream, a dream that brought her unprecedented pleasure.

Could it be? The man in the dream was Ethan, and the woman was her mother!

Mia felt a surge of nausea rising from the pit of her stomach, and as she was about to scream, Ethan and Clara were awakened by her voice.

Seeing Mia’s terrified eyes, Clara couldn’t help but be startled, and hurriedly asked with concern, “Mia! What’s wrong?”

Mia yelled, her emotions so intense that she rolled off the bed, her tempting naked body once again exposed to them.

Instinctively, she grabbed the clothes on the floor to cover herself, while shouting at Clara, “I hate you… I hate you…”

“Mia, you misunderstood! Things aren’t what you think!” Clara hastily explained.

Mia, however, got dressed and slammed the door, leaving only her angry and tragic words echoing in the room.

“Ethan, I need to go see Mia and comfort her,” Clara said as she began to dress herself.

With a calm expression, Ethan replied, “Yeah, you go comfort her first. Don’t worry too much, she’ll come around.”

“I hope she comes around. It’s good for her, for me, and for you!” Clara seemed to take it quite well, thinking about the large sum of money in her bank account, couldn’t help but be even more tender towards Ethan.

Before leaving, she gave him a passionate kiss.

Ethan, however, touched his chin and wore a smug smile.

Mia was indeed top-notch goods. As long as she boarded his ship, he didn’t believe she could ever get off.

After leaving the hotel, Mia took a taxi straight back to the apartment. All she could think about was packing up Clara’s belongings and throwing them out. She didn’t want to live with a mother like this.

While packing, Mia felt as if her body was about to collapse at any moment, her trembling hands could barely hold the clothes. She never expected things to turn out like this.

Why did it turn out like this?

She had only packed half the things when Clara entered the room. Seeing her clothes scattered all over the floor, she said to Mia, “Mia, what are you doing?”
