Chapter 424 - 424 Wavys Conclusion 3
Chapter 424: Wavy’s Conclusion 3 Chapter 424: Wavy’s Conclusion 3 Although mocking in his heart, Wavy’s hand still consciously moved away from Victoria Garcia’s shoulder.
He didn’t want to be chased down by Arnold Johnson’s icy face.
Soon, the three of them got to the main topic.
When talking about the serious matter, Wavy changed his previous jovial attitude and became serious at once.
“As for Miss Garcia’s situation, I heard a brief description from my Senior Sister, but I won’t know the specifics until I perform hypnosis on her,” Wavy said.
Arnold couldn’t help but worry, “Victoria has been drugged several times recently. Can you still perform hypnosis?”
Wavy asked, “What kind of drugs?”
“Some hallucinogenic and daze-inducing drugs,” Arnold replied.
Wavy asked, “Has she taken any in the last two days?”
Arnold shook his head, “No, she has been resting for almost three days.”
Wavy said, “In that case, there’s no problem. It’s possible that she may need to rest longer after I perform hypnosis on her, but it won’t cause any significant harm to her body.”
“Shall we proceed?” Wavy looked at the two of them.
Victoria spoke up directly, “Go ahead, I’m fine with it.”
Arnold wanted to ask if they could wait a few more days, but Victoria grabbed his hand and said, “Don’t worry, I’ll be fine. Besides, I really want to know what’s going on with my body.”
Victoria’s urgent gaze made Arnold relent.
Before long, Victoria followed Wavy into another room. It looked more like a studio, perhaps one of Wavy’s hideouts.
Victoria didn’t ask any more questions and simply followed Wavy’s instructions.
Soon, she fainted. In her daze, someone was talking to her, and she seemed to be talking as well. But she had no idea what she was saying.
She had no clue what had transpired afterward.
Arnold waited outside the door, his hands clasping each other. They had been inside for an hour and a half, and there was still no sign of them coming out.
Such a situation was generally not a good sign.
Because of this, Arnold became even more restless. He involuntarily tightened his grip on his hands but his emotions still didn’t calm down.
He kept looking at the time, which seemed to stop and yet pass quickly.
By the time the door opened, two hours, three minutes, and twelve seconds had already passed.
Arnold immediately stood up and looked at Wavy’s serious expression. He couldn’t help but feel a jolt in his heart.
“How is Victoria?”
Wavy walked past Arnold, laid down on the sofa, and closed his eyes.
Arnold, anxious like ants on a hot pot, couldn’t be bothered about Wavy needing rest and asked again, “Tell me the truth, is her condition not ideal?”
If Wavy also admitted that it was not ideal, it would mean that there were very serious consequences.
Wavy opened his eyes and looked at Arnold’s anxious face. He thought of what his Senior Sister had said: Arnold had truly fallen for a woman, and it was serious.
Like many others, Wavy had rarely seen any changes in Arnold’s expression. His face was always calm and composed like an iceberg, but because of Victoria, it now showed a wealth of emotions.
He slowly spoke, “Yes, Miss Garcia’s condition is not ideal, very not ideal.”
Hearing Wavy repeat the words ‘very not ideal,’ Arnold seemed to have been hit by something. His face instantly turned pale.
