Chapter 399: That night 5 Chapter 399: That night 5 Seeing the color of the needle marks on Sydney Bennett’s body deepen, Roger Bennett hesitated no more and made his daughter take the pill.

Soon after, Sydney opened her eyes, her gaze dreamy. She looked at Roger but teasingly called out, “Arnold Johnson… Arnold Johnson… I miss you so much… I want you so much…”

It was then that Roger realized the man his daughter loved was none other than Arnold Johnson.

In no time, Sydney climbed on top of Roger, but it was Arnold Johnson’s name on her lips.

Roger dared not reject Sydney and let her take whatever she wanted from him.

The inside of the car, mixed with the sound of wind and rain, swayed continuously, and the panting grew heavier…

Many details were deliberately skipped by Arnold Johnson.

Even so, when this memory was revealed, everyone present was in shock.

Roger Bennett lay lifeless on the ground, not moving at all.

Sydney’s eyes were filled with bloodthirsty hatred as she screamed, “You’re a liar; you’re a liar; I won’t believe you.”

“Now, it’s time for you to tell me where Victoria is,” Arnold Johnson demanded.

Sydney’s eyes were red, and she laughed manically, “Arnold Johnson, keep dreaming. In this lifetime, I’ll never let anyone have what I can’t have.”

“If you don’t tell me, I’ll make you pay!”

“Come on, kill me if you dare! Anyway, whether you kill me or not, I won’t tell you where Victoria Garcia went. You’ll never find her in this lifetime!” Sydney shouted crazily.

The more she loved Arnold Johnson, the more she hated him at this moment.

How could such a merciless man let her and her father suffer such humiliation instead of sacrificing himself to save her? Was she really so unworthy in his eyes?

“Sydney Bennett, don’t push me!” Arnold Johnson roared.

Sydney found it both sad and funny, “You can do such ruthless and heartless things to me; why can’t I do the same? Even if you make my life worse than death, I won’t reveal where that bitch Victoria Garcia is!”

Arnold Johnson knew this would be the outcome; he looked outside and saw Theo approaching.

“Brother Johnson, I’ve got the stuff!” Theo said as he walked over.

Arnold Johnson directly ordered Theo, “Inject her with it.”

“Yes!” Theo obeyed.

Sydney looked over in terror and asked Arnold Johnson, “What are you trying to do now?”

“Make your life worse than death!” Arnold Johnson bluntly replied.

Sydney tried to escape, but Theo skillfully caught her and held her wrists tightly. Fine needles pierced Sydney’s arm, and the liquid entered her bloodstream.

“Arnold Johnson, you’re such a bastard! Why are you so cruel to me? Why didn’t you let me die in the car that night!” Sydney screamed in despair.

Arnold Johnson calmly replied, “The one who saved you was never me; the one you should love, hate, and blame has always been your father.”

“Ah…” Sydney screamed, covering her head.

Shame, humiliation, anger… All these emotions erupted at once before subsiding.

“Brother Johnson, the drug is taking effect,” Theo said.

Arnold Johnson saw that Sydney’s expression had become dazed, and he knew the time was right.

“Sydney Bennett, I’m going to ask you a question now, and you need to answer me honestly,” Arnold Johnson said, word by word.

Sydney nodded her head, saying, “Okay!”

“Where did you put Victoria Garcia?” Arnold Johnson stared intently at Sydney.
