Chapter 186: Angry 3 Chapter 186: Angry 3 In the meantime, what happened afterward was unknown to Victoria Garcia. When she woke up, she was lying in the familiar hotel room she always stayed in Green City, with her usual clothes hanging in the wardrobe.

Seeing her open her eyes, the joy in Candy Foster’s eyes flickered.

“General Garcia, you finally woke up!” If Victoria didn’t wake up, Candy would have fainted.

Seeing Candy by her side, Victoria eagerly asked, “What happened after I passed out?”

Candy simply said, “At the time, I couldn’t find you and couldn’t reach you by phone, so I knew there must be something wrong and reported to Director Johnson. Later, Director Johnson contacted some forces here, and then we found out that you were kidnapped. In the end, you were carried back by him.”

“Arnold Johnson, he’s back?” Victoria asked in surprise.

Candy nodded, but she was in a bad mood. With Victoria encountering such a major incident, Arnold would definitely settle accounts with her after it’s all over. Thinking about this, she felt cold in her heart.

Victoria was still immersed in the thought of Arnold returning and did not notice Candy’s expression.

Soon, she asked Candy again, “Where is Alexander Mitchell?”

“All I know is that he was taken away by a woman.” Candy thought for a while and said: “The woman’s name is Aubree Field.”

“It’s her!” Victoria said thoughtfully, her heart feeling relieved.

“Um… Did anything happen to me?” Victoria asked somewhat embarrassed.

Although she didn’t say it directly, Candy understood her meaning.

“I don’t know.” Candy shook her head and said, “Because before entering, Director Johnson had cleared the scene. He was the only one who went in.”

In other words, only Arnold Johnson and Alexander Mitchell knew whether something had happened.

Just as Candy finished her words, she instantly stood up from the side of the bed and respectfully said to the person at the door, “Director Johnson.”

With just a glance from Arnold Johnson, Candy quickly left the room, leaving the space to the two of them alone.

Victoria saw Arnold appear, wearing a black T-shirt, khaki pants, with no change in hairstyle, but the beard around the corners of his mouth had grown out. Apparently, he didn’t have time to shave.

“I didn’t expect you to come back earlier than the scheduled time.” Victoria sat up, trying to stand up.

Arnold took a quick step forward and stabilized her body, his large hand covering hers.

“Don’t move.”

{“I’m not as delicate as you think.” said Victoria.

“If the attacker’s hand had hit a little bit farther on your vertebrae, you might have been paralyzed.” Arnold’s expression didn’t look like he was joking.

But Victoria said optimistically, “Didn’t it miss?”

“Victoria, do you know how scared I was!” Arnold held her hand tightly and called her name, “If anything happened to you, I don’t know what I would do.”

There was killing intent and sorrow in his deep eyes, and just a roll of his eyes gave Victoria a sense of thousands of twists and turns.

“Since heaven allowed me to meet you so kindly, it was destined that nothing would happen.” Victoria held his hand back. At this moment, she didn’t dodge, just as she was determined that he would come to rescue her.
