The Hobby-Hobby Fruit halted the user’s aging process upon consumption; Sugar, who ate it at 10, had remained that age ever since.

"Phew." Trebol sighed in relief upon hearing this.

Now, with Doflamingo dead, all of the Donquixote Family’s businesses had been taken over by new forces. Without a powerhouse like Doflamingo and more importantly, the crucial Warlord title, the underworld was no longer a game the Donquixote Family executives could play.

Their connections to the World Government were also completely severed—they no longer even had the nerve to threaten those people. Only Doflamingo retained the power to negotiate with the World Government.

With his death, the Donquixote Family had no more bargaining chips.

They could only survive here, clinging on—and for the entire Donquixote Family, the SMILE factory now meant everything. Only by continuously producing artificial Devil Fruits could they gain the protection of Emperor Kaido.

On the outskirts, Viola, user of the Glare-Glare Fruit, witnessed all this, biting her lip so hard it bled.

She was the princess of Dressrosa, the second daughter of King Riku Doldo III. But after Doflamingo took over, to protect her father’s life, she was forced to join the Donquixote Family, under the codename ’Violet’.

Now, hearing the Donquixote Family planned to plunder the wealth of Dressrosa’s citizens at all costs, Viola wanted desperately to fight them.

But she knew it was useless.

With her strength, even if she fought to the death, she couldn’t kill a single one of these executives; she would only die in vain.

Viola could only use her Glare-Glare Fruit ability to see Sugar and the others now because Doflamingo’s death and their survival crisis had caused them to be emotionally distraught, creating a vulnerability that allowed her to use her ability.
