Adam woke up early in the morning. He had kept the auto-click on all night in his mobile phone. He had also kept his mobile phone on charging.

Because of this as soon as Adam woke up in the morning he saw that he now had a total of 12 billion dollars. Seeing this Adam was very surprised. The smile was not leaving his face. And with this smile he went to school.

On the whole way he was going with Sophia. He was looking very happy. Sophia also asked him why he was so happy. Adam told her "I am happy because I am going to school with you today." Because of this Sophia’s mood also became very good. However she was shy most of the time and did not say much.

Just like last time Adam told the classes that they could do whatever work they had to do. After saying this he sat in his office. Adam was waiting for the report from all his friends. Just then his luck also listened to him. He got a call from the manager. Adam immediately picked up the manager’s phone. The manager was very happy. "Adam there is good news," he said.

Adam said "Tell me quickly. I want to hear what the good news is."

The manager said "I have contacted some people who will fulfill all our needs." After hearing this an even bigger smile appeared on Adam’s face. "This is very good news," he said.

Just then the manager suddenly became silent. Adam also understood from the manager’s silence that the manager had not told him the whole story. "What’s the catch?" Adam asked.

"Actually they have asked for a bribe," the manager said. "They are ready to do all the legal work for the papers. As much as possible they are ready to give as much discount in the tax. But they want 8 million dollars. That too in three parts. That is 24 million dollars."

Adam did not even think for a second. He immediately told the manager "Finalize the deal as soon as possible."

The manager was surprised again. "We have 10 million dollars," he said. "And if we give them 8 million dollars in the first step then we will have only two million dollars left. Which is not enough. Adam was silent for a few seconds. "What did I tell you manager?" he said. "The worry of money is mine. Your job is to do everything."

The manager let out a deep sigh. "I know you told me not to worry about money," he said. "But what can I do? I am constantly worrying about money."

Adam said "I have 10 times more amount than what I told you." The manager was very surprised to hear this. He shouted at Adam "Then you should tell me how much money you have. So that I can work accordingly."

Adam said "I have so much money that I can change the situation of our country. Understand my point." The manager was not happy to hear this.

Kim felt a sense of unease. He did not like being kept in the dark. He was a professional. He needed data. He needed facts. But he decided to trust Adam. "Okay," he said finally. "This work can be done. If you are ready to pay the money."

Adam interrupted him. "Tell them," he said his voice sharp and decisive. "Tell them I will not give them eight million dollars. I will give them ten million dollars."

Kim was stunned. "Ten million?" he asked.

"Yes," Adam said. "But the work must be done within a few hours. I want all the permissions by this evening."

The manager wanted to say something. He wanted to argue. He wanted to tell Adam that this was impossible. But then he remembered Adam’s words. Don’t question the finances.

He sighed. "Okay," he said. "I will convey your message to them." He knew it was a crazy demand. But he had a feeling that with enough money anything was possible.

Kim was thinking of something else. He asked "What will you name your bank?"

Adam smiled. "Shining Star Bank," he said. The name was simple. But it was full of hope. Full of ambition.

Kim also smiled. "Okay then," he said. "Shining Star Bank it is."

After cutting the manager’s call Adam immediately dialed Andrew’s number. Andrew picked up the phone. "I was just about to call you," he said his voice full of energy.

"I have sent all the people to the location you sent me. I have even recruited people according to the structure that the manager told me. I have sent them to our initial operating base. But neither I nor the manager knows what work they have to do."

Adam said "Okay Andrew. Now your most important job is to first find a location where the bank will open. Second you have to find someone who is very smart but will listen to us."

Andrew was silent for a few seconds. "Okay," he said finally. "Consider this work done too."

Adam said "Remember the location you choose should already be built. We have absolutely no time to do everything from the beginning. I want to do things as quickly as possible."

Andrew agreed to Adam’s words and cut the call.

After cutting the phone call Adam thought to himself I have fewer team members. I need more people. Especially for management. He was thinking. He knew that Kim and Andrew were loyal. They were capable. But they could not do everything themselves. He needed more people.

He needed to find someone for this job. He had already put all his trustworthy friends to work. Adam looked out of the window of his office. He saw a child from his class writing something in a notebook.
