Chapter 33: Sorry Dohnaseek? by Harem-Fan

     Today is the last day for me to finish my contracts for the month...

     I have already won long ago!

     Why did I win so big? Because not only does the number of contracts count, but the importance of each Human client in the Human world...

     For example, a useless neet will be a weak contract, assuming they don't pay a large sum.

     But if they could pay, they would be a strong person via luck, background, personality, or just soul in general.

     In short, a Mayor might be better than a deadbeat dad.

     Do you know how many powerful people there are that just want to look and feel good?

     A nip here, a tuck there with cosmetic magic, and I already have a staggering following!

     The repeat customers alone equal what poor Akeno can do...

     Why, because health and cosmetic jobs take an hour tops!

     The only jobs that can take a full day would be construction work and the like.

     Yup, just leveling a site and making a foundation for building builders is worth a fortune!

     I charge half what they would have to pay in labor and in man hours, then it is done in 1 day.

     Yup, they are the real repeat customers!

     It's almost Halloween, and I told Rias not to use Youkai in her Haunted House, because Sona would bust her.

     Plus it is a dumb ass idea.

     I was thinking about this after leaving my last job...

     While I was walking back to the old schoolhouse to sign off on my work, I happened to notice the pond from the anime!

     While I play tourist like with the Issei park, I say...

     "Nice, I wanted to find this place. With so many parks, it was hard to remember them all."

     This is the spot Yuma grabbed Asia from Issei.

     It is starting to get cold out, now that winter is upon us.

     Looks like the water is deeper than I thought?

     It is so beautiful and peaceful at this place, a good date spot too.

     "Maybe I should bring Tsubaki here on a date, it is really quiet and romantic... No wonder Issei brought Asia here in the anime?"

     My Sacred Gear then gave me a warning of danger, and a magic barrier like the one that trapped my teacher came into existence!

     "Eyes of Creation!"

     I don't hesitate, even before an enemy can think of ambushing me, I have changed into my battle-gear, with bow in hand.

     While casting my holy barrier shield around my body, I joked!

     "No feathers for me thank you!"

     Then I turn to see my ambusher and look up to see...

     Flap Flap~! Black feathers fall from the man in a black overcoat and fedora hat.

     Yup, it's Dohnaseek... and he is months early, just like Raynare was!

     He is standing on top of one of the stone platforms for shade above, looking down at me.

     He tips his hat, and starts to talk...

     "Look what..."

     I say cutting him off, as he was going to give me a steaming pile of bullshit...

     "I'm the Pawn of Rias Gremory, master of this Devil territory. Don't spout nonsense about finding a stray and beat it, or die! I don't care who you are, and I don't give a rat's ass. So leave or I will be forced to destroy your ugly ass!"

     I released my Familiar behind me, into the pond...

     Splash Splash~! Then Roshi said, in a lecherous tone...

     "Where are the Big Titty Devils, Master? Damn it, another false alarm!"

     Don't be deceived, Roshi is talking like an idiot, but he is actually looking for hidden enemies.

     He is a Sage for a reason.

     Dohnaseek smiles and makes a blue Light Spear, and holds it to his side.

     "Nice you saw right through me, good eyes kid, Raynare was right about you! Well thanks for the warning but, I think a mere Pawn won't be an issue, prepare to die brat!"

     Whoosh~! He then throws his Light Spear, and I dodge. 

     I didn't want to fight if I had a choice, but I have a child and 3 wonderful women to live for!

     I will fight even though I truly hate the idea of taking a life.

     Why do assholes have to want to kill and murder, just to get their rocks off?

     Do something else like... Love a woman, make some friends, or better yourself.

     Why is it a rule to destroy?

     He pissed me off!

     With a calm-anger I didn't know I had, I told him...

     "Dohnaseek... I'm truly sorry, but I have too much to live for, and I choose them!"

     I then secretly sank his shoes into the rock under his feet.

     Crack Creak~! By the time he noticed, I had grabbed his ankle with the stonework.

     Is this enough to hold him... nope!

     But it is enough to distract him!

     I yelled my tandem command with Roshi, as I attacked...

     "Roshi, Ice Blind!"

     Flash Sizzle~! At that moment I cast my [Sun Burst] spell, while Roshi had aimed, then shut his eyes.

     Phew pelt Pelt Pelt~! Roshi's wide opened mouth launched his ice beam at Dohnaseek.

     What happened to poor Fallen Angel Dohnaseek was...

     He lifted his feet to break the grasping stonework, that was when he looked down for a moment.

     At that he heard me yell out, Ice Blind, and as he looked at me yelling, he saw bright ass blinding sunlight!

     After he shut his eyes, he was being  hit by supernatural cold ice shards, pelting him.

     As a seasoned fighter, he covered his vitals, blocking a large portion of the damage.

     The moment Dohnaseek lowered his arms that were there to protect him from the ice, he saw a glint of light as his vision was clearing...

    Sshhpck~! A golden Light Arrow had found its way into his throat!

     While not lowering my guard, I say as his death is certain...

     "There are 3 important rules to killing and fighting! Rule number 1, If the opponent can't move they can't fight!"

"Rule number 2, If an opponent can't see they can't fight."

"Finally, Rule number 3, If an opponent can't breathe they can't fight!"

     I take a deep shaky breath, and continue while he holds his gushing throat...

     "Sadly, you failed at all 3 of the rules, and have lost! Dohnaseek, I'm so sorry!"

     I raised my left hand, and...

     Cast the holy spell...

     "[Holy Lightning]"

     From above the Fallen Angel's head, a crimson Gremory magic circle...

     BOOM~! After the huge strike from the pure white lightning bolt fell, only feathers remained.

     Then the black Sage Turtle Roshi said to me...

     "Sorry Master, I know you hate the idea of killing, but your wives are very happy right now!"

     He may be a pervert, but his heart is gold, like his caring eyes.

     Pat Pat! I just patted his head and said.

     "Thanks for your help Roshi, go and rest, friend. Just give me some time. I feel that I have killed in my past lives?! But, I remember none of it. I will clean up and go back. Till next time."

     I then sent him back home in crimson light.

     After that I cleaned the battlefield in a daze.

     (Most Reincarnated Devils gain the Demonic Power color of their Kings, for instance, even though Issei had crimson in the anime, he now has royal blue because of Sona. But Pure Blood Devils like Grayfia keep their original Demonic Power color. So she has a silver Gremory crest.)

     I returned in a daze, to the Occult Research Club room and entered...

     I forgot to change out of my battle gear, so Rias and Akeno noticed right away.

     I walked in front of Rias's desk, and dropped the black feathers there.

     The two girls looked in shock, knowing what this meant.

     "Sorry, I had killed a Fallen Angel..."

     Rias jumped up and ran in front of me, looking for Light Spear wounds. to find nothing.

     Rias looked into my eyes, and she said...

     "Matsuda are you alright?! Are you hurt anywhere? What happened?"

     Akeno seemed very concerned as well.

     I force a smile, and tell her.

     "President, I'm fine, not even a hair is missing... He just wouldn't run... so I... I didn't want to die again. His name was Dohnaseek."

     I step back, and think...

     "I want to go... my heart hurts!"

     I waved her off and said.

     "See you tomorrow, President."

     I then turned to leave...

     But Rias and Akeno hold me back!

     Rias firmly said.

     "Don't leave yet! Just stay for a bit?! That's an order!"

     Now Rias is holding my waist from behind.

     Akeno is standing in front of me, and watching my expression.

     "Sigh, I'm fine, just tired."

     After I said that, Big G's curse kicked in...

     "Fuck, please let me go! I just want to sleep, not be a little bitch in front of you both..."

     Akeno asks, after hearing my out-loud thoughts...

     "Have you never killed before? No, it would be silly if you have. I'm sorry, the first time is always the worst... Especially watching loved ones die in front of you is bad too."

     She said that last part sadly...

     Rias let me go, because she can tell I'm not running away.

     I forgot about Akeno's past, and I thought to myself...

     "Shit! I forgot, my pain here is nothing to what poor Akeno went through! Fuck, I'm such an asshole for not doing anything for her!"

     Then Rias whispered...

     "Out-loud..."

     I grabbed Akeno, and pulled her tightly into a hug, and stroked her hair... Mofu Mofu~!

     Then I say to Akeno...

     "I... I'm sorry Akeno... I have seen all of your pain and suffering in your past! I should have told you... Back when I saw you sweeping. I saw all of it!"

"Your beautiful Mother, your struggle, the betrayal... I hate what they did to you! I'm a bastard for not saying this sooner...."

"Akeno... You are a beautiful Fallen Angel Devil. The only crime in this fucked up world, is you deserved to be loved and protected! I'm so sorry to conceal what I knew."

     Then my inner thoughts leaked again...

     "I hate killing... I didn't want to..."

     Fuck all 3 of us are crying now!

     Who is consoling who now?

     After a few minutes, we began to calm down our emotions...

     I reluctantly let go of Akeno.

     Rias grabbed my hand, then pulled me to the couch, sat and patted her lap.

     "You won our bet, and I think you need this now. So sit and sleep!"

     I'm so tired.

     Maybe a nap before going home is a good idea?

     I then wordlessly crawl on the couch, and lay on my side, facing Akeno...

     My eyes only see Rias's stunning bare knees, and Akeno watching me...

     Feeling Rias's fingers on the top of my head, I then close my eyes.

     Her legs are soft, and now soooo sleepy...

     After Matsuda started gently snoring...

     Rias is just grinning at Matsuda's half childish and half manly face, and is rubbing his shaved head...

     "He is just full of surprises, don't you think, Akeno?"

     Akeno came over, and held Matsuda's hand.

     "All this time, he knew what and who I am, and he just treated me like any other girl. He is still sad..."

"I think he hurts more than me, Rias. He just won't admit it... I now know why Grayfia loves him! Matsuda is silly isn't he?"

     Akeno just looks at the face of the boy.

     Rias, with a mischievous smile, says to her best friend.

     "That he is, Akeno..; We should not wake him up! We should take him home, and I think we should... psst psst psst!"

     The more Rias spoke, the craftier Akeno's violet eyes became.

     A sadistic smile bloomed...
