Chapter 844: Chapter 321 All Life Originates from The Void_3

The large assembly with many people was just a procedure; the real decisions had been made in smaller meetings already.

Mona said, "Boss, the head of the envoy you once met at Holy Mother Cathedral in Lucerne City, the Pope’s Envoy Archibald, is here in Lundan, he surely has the Pope’s directive."

"Archibald..."

Wayne nodded, the handsome face surfaced in his mind. In terms of looks, this guy was the male version of Saina, Philomena, the ceiling of male attractiveness.

In Wayne’s opinion, the only person of equal charm was Kel, that aesthetically odd tank operator.

"Boss, Archibald represents the Pope, he will certainly discuss matters of belief with you," Mona said with eyes full of devotion and deep affection, as she gazed at the face in front of her.

"Let me think..."

————

October 12th, Lundan Airport.

A blond, blue-eyed man in a suit stepped off the plane, his handsome looks causing several nearby women to swoon; even their husbands in Lundan couldn’t help but take a few more glances because of it.

Archibald wasn’t angry at these offensive gazes, responding with an elegant and composed faint smile, randomly picking one person from each couple to express goodwill, and ignoring the other.

Wherever he went, marital strife intensified.

Beside him was the slightly petite Sister Titus.

With a tall and slender figure, the barely one-meter-sixty Titus looked overly delicate next to him, carrying two large suitcases with a significant height difference, which especially accentuated her cuteness.

Soon, a few men in black approached, introduced themselves, and respectfully invited Archibald and Titus to board a black luxury sedan.

The car did not head for St. Paul Cathedral, this was Windsor, where the current policies were unfavorable to the Heavenly Father’s Court, and to show respect for The New Royal Family, the Pope’s envoy opted for a discreet presence.

Being discreet had its advantages; it was convenient for conducting business at night.

Half an hour later, the car stopped at a posh hotel, and in a sixth-floor private room, Archibald met the target of his trip.

"Mister Wayne, we meet again."

Archibald smiled, his presence as refreshing as a spring breeze, a youth with a naturally warm aura. Due to his exceptional beauty and high rank at such a young age, Wayne couldn’t help but think of the Holy See’s hellish jokes.

Could it be that The Pope, who seemed so staunchly in the Nun faction, wasn’t completely opposed to young boys?

"Mr. Archibald, I’m delighted to see you in Lundan."

They shook hands, and Wayne glanced at Sister Titus, her gaze sharp and clear, lacking the innocence of their first meeting, revealing a meaningful smile.

Titus lowered her head, her ears turning red.

Archibald also showed the same smile, to average effect; Mona didn’t blush or bow her head and was candidly fallen.

She didn’t consider it a fall from grace; serving an Angel had nothing to do with degradation—it was a faith, a route many knees-bent nuns would never have.

"Sister Mona, have you become even more beautiful?"

Archibald slapped his behind, Titus stepped forward, placed the two large suitcases on the desk, and opened them to reveal the Pope’s good will.

Wayne glanced over but didn’t immediately appreciate the gifts. He patted his behind and Mona by his side took the two suitcases.

"Mister Wayne, I’ve heard..."

"Too formal, just call me Wayne, and I’ll call you Archibald. It’s not our first meeting; no need to be so detached," Wayne said straightforwardly.

Archibald smiled faintly, "Wayne, I’ve heard the most authentic French cuisine is in Windsor Lundan; could I have the pleasure of experiencing it tonight?"

"Of course, I’ll book the whole restaurant for a candlelight dinner for you and Sister Titus. I’m being watched by too many eyes to accompany you. I hope you understand my situation," Wayne apologized deeply, feeling somewhat embarrassed by the generosity of the gifts.

"No problem, your status is indeed different now. When can I start calling you Prince His Highness?"

"Ha ha ha—" x2

Archibald was quite the talker, effortlessly narrowing the gap between them. After a session of mutual flattery, he got straight to the point, "Wayne, I won’t be staying in Lundan for long. If I can deliver a satisfactory response to His Holiness the Pope today, I will have time to tour in the coming days."

"Belief?"

"For one, what do you think about the Heavenly Father’s Court’s predicament in Windsor?"

"It’s been suppressed too harshly; it should be relaxed."

As the Reincarnated Angel, Wayne had to sweeten the deal for the Heavenly Father’s Court, and indeed, Windsor was truly due for an upgrade.

Nature, Moonlight, Darkness had all expanded their influence; Death had the Death Knight in control; allowing the Heavenly Father’s Court to level up seemed fitting, and even from a standpoint of balance, they should be permitted to emerge again.

And there was the Sun Church.

The early bird gets the worm; latecomers get discounts; non-buyers get it free—the Sun Church was winning without a fight.

"His Holiness the Pope will be very pleased to hear this news."

Archibald did not dwell on the topic of faith any further; he had more pressing concerns, his expression growing solemn, "Mr. Wayne, to be frank, His Holiness the Pope suspects there is another Reincarnated Angel in Lundan."

You finally noticed!

Wayne raised his eyebrows, "Any clues? Can you find them?"

"I’m not clear on that. You’ve been in Lundan for so long and haven’t discovered them, let alone us, far away in the Papal State..."

Archibald shook his head slightly, then said, "His Holiness the Pope hopes you can find this memory-lost Angel. The mystery of the recent war is too vast, His Holiness has had several prophetic nightmares. Every time, Hell Gate opens up in the Mortal World, leaving us little time."
