Chapter 592: Chapter 251 I Will Grant You Evolution

The Dark Domain is only called dark because it is named after the image of darkness, and it has nothing to do with the faith of the Dark Goddess.

When a mage’s realm reaches the Golden Triangle Level, their thinking undergoes a qualitative change. At this time, a Golden Mage becomes an independent entity, capable not only of establishing a Life Barrier to shun knowledge but also of reshaping space with their vast thoughts.

Wayne had experienced Philomena’s Dark Domain and often traveled around, so he was not unfamiliar with the surrounding environment.

The difference is, Wayne trusted Philomena very much, but as for Saina...

Don’t be fooled by the fact that Saina was his teacher’s teacher. When it comes to trust, she has a hard time even holding Philomena’s shoes.

In the center of the Dark Domain, there is a white palace resembling a place for the veneration of faith.

Carved on the columns in front of the grand hall are many dragons, all giant but diverse in form, indicating the vast variety of dragon branches and the complex potential for evolution.

"Teacher Saina, what do these statues mean?"

"They are related to the Dragon Blood Curse." Saina replied indifferently and quickened her pace, leading Wayne towards the grand hall.

"Can you elaborate on that?"

"Not now..."

"Teacher Saina, sincerity can be met with sincerity. Try it, tell me how to lift the Dragon Blood Curse now and I will respect you as I do my teacher." Wayne spoke, wishing, if possible, that he really didn’t want to meddle with the Naturalist Knight’s treasured possessions.

Who knows if that would even bring out the Nature Goddess.

"Wayne, I would like to trust you, but I have seen too many people and long ceased to believe in so-called sincerity,"

Saina, without turning back, said, "It’s hurtful, but it’s the truth, and it’s better than deceiving each other. In a way, this is my sincerity."

So reasonable!

Not trusting anyone isn’t a kind of trust.

Unable to refute, Wayne, having failed in his attempt, had no choice but to follow Saina into the grand hall.

Inside the grand hall, there are no lights, and yet it is illuminated as if by countless lumens, similar to motion-sensing lights. Every step Saina took lit up the hall in front of her.

Wayne looked around. The interior space of the grand hall was enormous, far more spacious than it appeared from the outside. Countless columns supporting the dome were carved with different Dragon Blood creature patterns.

Around the edges were some strangely shaped animals that, at a glance, did not appear to have any blood relations to the dragons.

Understandably, chickens and Tyrannosaurus don’t look alike either, but that doesn’t affect their being relatives.

As they moved forward, the patterns carved on the pillars gradually changed to depict Drakes, covering an extremely diverse range, with those that flew in the sky, ran on the ground, and swam in the water, capturing almost the entire ecosystem.

Wayne guessed that the central area’s pillars were carved with the most pure-blooded giant dragons and asked curiously, "Teacher Saina, there are no giant dragons on the God-chosen Continent. Where do all these dragon-related creatures live?"

"Dragon Kingdom."

Saina, concise as ever, seeing Wayne’s curiosity, explained, "Powerful adult giant dragons can create their own Divine Nations, use their own bloodlines to create new dragon species, and as the bloodlines proliferate and alternate, more and more dragon species spread throughout the Dragon Kingdom..."

"The strength of the giant dragons comparable to gods isn’t just talk."

"Divine Nation..."

Wayne, intrigued, inquired further, "As far as I know, deities are omnipotent within their own Divine Nations. If giant dragons are in the Dragon Kingdom, then they are Dragon Gods. How can they die, and where does the Dragon Blood come from?"

"Comparable to deities, but not true deities!"

Understood.

This deity could be the Heavenly Father, Nature, the Death Goddess, or even a Proxy, among others. It might also include The Seven Demon Kings from Hell, or an Angel who controls the Golden Rule.

Wayne nodded silently, re-evaluating Valkyrie’s strength at his peak.

Nine Sun Knights charging into the Dragon Kingdom, bursting through both the Divine Nation and establishing a heartfelt connection with the dragons, the difficulty was no less than...

With limited knowledge, Wayne couldn’t think of a comparison, only knowing that it was very impressive and seemed very mighty.

If nine such powerful subordinates existed, how strong the Sun Goddess must be, and how many of nine Knights from the past still exist, what level was the currently walking Sun Knight amongst mortals?

Wayne, weighing all the factors, decided that the false Dark Knight Austin was definitely at the bottom of the God-chosen Knights, the Headless Knight might have been powerful at his peak, and his Death Knight transformation was much on par with Austin.

Austin was half, he was the other eight liang.

Saina stopped walking and stood in front of the Dragon Blood Ceremony altar.

In the four corners of this large hall stood four massive white pillars, with no intricate carvings of giant dragons; they respectively represented the Four Elements: earth, fire, water, and wind.

The four pillars support the roof of the grand hall, symbolizing the foundation of the world’s construction.

The altar, also made of the same white stone, was carved with luxurious patterns and some text that Wayne had never seen before, perhaps the legendary Dragon Language. Wayne tried to decode it with The Book of Greed but to no avail.

The Book of Greed peered over, considering the abandoned altar; the scent of food had long dissipated, and now it was just a pile of broken stones.

Above the altar lay a white stone book. Saina explained it was a magical tome written in Dragon Language, containing limitless power and wisdom, symbolizing the miracles of life and infinite possibilities. Since the dragon who authored it had died, it could no longer be opened.

As time passed and Divine Power ebbed, the magical tome petrified into a historical symbol, proof of that giant dragon’s past existence.

Saina’s grave tone sounded almost as if she was visiting a grave. At first listen, it even seemed a little sad.

She released her magic power all around her, initiating the altar ceremony.

Behind the two of them, white light burst forth from the ground in all four directions. When the light faded, it revealed a pit thirty meters in length and width and about five meters deep.
