Chapter 155: Chapter 101 I Want to Be a Good Person_3

Wherever it passed, the sea of blood seemed scorched, fractured into pieces, and dissipated into nothing.

Amid the Evil God’s furious roar, the Blood Totem was flattened and scattered by the light, and even with all his might, he couldn’t slow the sword’s edge in the slightest.

Unstoppable!

The Evil God dodged to the side, the Knight’s Sword grazing his face as it fell, so close he could even feel the sting of the blade cutting his skin.

The blade slid down to the flat chest, suddenly pausing, the female Knight took hold of Wayne’s hands, angling the blade of the Knight’s Sword and cutting a golden arc straight to the neck of the Evil God.

The change in technique was too fast and unexpected; the Evil God couldn’t evade in time, tilting his head back slightly, the last horn on his head also severed.

He howled in pain, bitterly accusing his opponent that while she was a Knight, she did not honor the spirit of chivalry, suddenly merging in the midst of battle.

Under the guidance of the female Knight, Wayne’s body returned to its normal appearance; the Armor proportionally shrunk, and with pure Magic Power, the slowly opening Sun Eye welcomed and the Knight’s Sword shone even more brilliantly.

With a slash, the Blood Sea Totem used for defense was shattered once again, followed by several heavy strikes that left the Evil God torn and sundered, his draconic features – wings, tail, horns – all cleanly chopped off.

Clang!

The Evil God was kicked away; he rose to resist stubbornly, but with the Knight’s Sword pressed against his neck, he dared not move.

"Believe me, I really am a god, the reason I was defeated by your hand is because I could not bring all my thoughts to bear..."

"Give me a chance, I had no choice in Hell, but now I want to be a good person."

The Knight’s Sword remained still.

Wayne paid no heed to the Evil God’s nonsense; the Devil’s lies were even less reliable than his diary, at least the punctuation in his diary was real.

The female Knight whispered in Wayne’s ear, advising him to pierce the Evil Dragon’s heart with his sword, ending his life, and granting her liberation.

Big sister, I really want to grant you liberation, but maybe the maid could still be saved!

Wayne didn’t thrust the sword into the Evil God’s chest; the Evil God might not be worth mourning, but the maid was innocent. After all, it was still a life.

Upon hearing Wayne’s thoughts, the female Knight’s expression faltered slightly. She had been narrow-minded. She admitted that Wayne’s kindness was worthy of the title of Knight.

She took Wayne’s hands and inverted the Knight’s Sword into the ground. Dropping to one knee and placing one hand over her chest, she channeled sunlight into the Knight’s Sword.

This pose was akin to pledging fealty. The Evil God likely lost his faith, and his thoughts scattered by the Ancient God, seemed somewhat dim, mistaking that he had moved Wayne and not only escaped a calamity but also gained a Knight’s loyalty.

The Evil God immediately perked up, brushed the dust from his body, stood up straight, and quietly awaited the Knight’s oath.

Boom!!!

Light spread across the ground, forming a lavish and intricate Sun Totem around the Knight’s Sword, a fierce light blazing skywards, engulfing Wayne and the Evil God alike.

Human physiologies cannot be compared; as Wayne embraced the Sun Goddess’s long legs, basking in the sunlight felt only warmth, whereas for the Evil God it was the opposite; amidst agonizing screams, streaks of blood were stripped from his body, forming crimson Devil faces in mid-air.

A crocodile with long horns, bearing a resemblance to a dragon, now skinned and scaled, looked more like a sheep’s skull.

Enduring the agony, he howled his curse upon Wayne’s blood, swearing that one day the Knights would become his playthings.

Just like that notorious Death Knight, powerful for only a moment, but eventually succumbing to becoming Hell’s minion!

A red light crashed into Wayne’s body, the Evil God’s final curse, wishing for Wayne neither to live nor die comfortably, also providing a location.

Failure was but a moment; he would return.

Awoo!

The thoughts of the Evil God were erased by the sunlight, and Oga, the maid, with her slender body, slowly collapsed.

Wayne, clad in Knight Armor, caught her in his arms, against the backdrop of the banished Evil God, the twisted pentagram of the Sea God Society, and the ascension of a golden beam of light...
