Chapter 1343: Chapter 447: Faith is not about fighting and killing, faith is about human relationships and worldly wisdom_3
Incomplete Philosopher’s Stone, each piece represents a missing Legendary Mage.
According to official investigations, these Legendary Mages accidentally wandered into the void and unfortunately perished, leaving no remains. It’s a significant loss for the Magic Realm.
Over twenty incomplete Philosopher’s Stones have been refined, and those unrefined...
You must know, the refinement rate of incomplete Philosopher’s Stones is very low.
Apart from the Philosopher’s Stones of the Five Churches, there are even more incomplete Philosopher’s Stones recording Hell information. Some are pure Devils, and some...
The All-Heaven Papal Court occasionally misplaced a few Hellish Tomes, which were then picked up by passing Legendary Mages, which is quite normal.
It’s not to be called fishing; it’s a test. These Legendary Mages failed to withstand the trials!
"Unbelievable, I never thought there were so many devilish pawns in the Mortal World. Just looking at them pains me, the Archangel!"
"What the Archangel said is absolutely true. Our Papal State is no exception. We had to keep the bloodline of the Reincarnated Angel out of necessity..."
"On to the next warehouse."
"This way, please."
The deeper into the warehouse, the better the treasures. The Mysterious Space in which the Papal State is located is not singular, possessing not only one complete Philosopher’s Stone.
Wayne howled with satisfaction, thinking it was worth the trip for the information alone.
The last two warehouses contained very limited items, a scripture resembling the Golden Rule Bible, a few long spears, short swords, or shields, all infused with immense holy intent.
Wayne waved his hand to take the scripture, unable to understand the words but feeling powerful by howling; it was an extremely formidable casting Divine Artifact.
Not something the Mortal World could possess; it probably came from Heaven, at worst, forged by a powerful Reincarnated Angel in the mortal realm.
"Archangel Hexuno, perhaps you have already noticed, this is the Prophecy Bible of Archangel Lar, containing extremely important information. Unfortunately, the Papal State has been unable to translate it till now, so no one can interpret its contents," Risa said helplessly.
"No worries, I’ll take it back and study it slowly."
Wayne waved his hand and threw the Prophecy Bible into his Personal Space, touching a few divine weapons, none of which were ordinary.
The quality was inferior to the Oath Sword, but definitely stronger than the mass-produced Heaven Holy Spear. Without much thought, he packed them all.
The Papal State’s warehouse was not safe, storing them in his personal warehouse was more secure, and he could also equip the loyal Heya with new gear, as the Holy Spear truly was average, lowering the Seraph’s combat power.
Corresponding to the Heaven warehouse could only be the Hell warehouse. Wayne spotted numerous sealed evil items, among which was a familiar Hellish Tome.
Seeing Wayne’s solemn face, Risa stepped forward and said, "This Hellish Tome dates back five hundred years. To seal the Seven Deadly Sins within, the Holy See suffered heavy casualties, ultimately borrowing Heaven’s strength."
"Too dangerous. If it leaks, it would be bad if people below learn bad things."
Wayne tossed one by one of these evil Hellish items into his Personal Space, completing a howl the moment they passed through his hands.
The Book of Greed feasted on a buffet and felt fantastic, asking Wayne if there was anything more substantial.
Compared to the Dark Goddess’s grand feast, the Papal State’s buffet was only superior in variety; the quality was incomparable.
Wayne mockingly said The Book of Greed was overthinking; the relationship with Idinis was intimate, so it was only natural to give more. As for the Papal State’s side, being a part of the Mortal World, judging from the Pope’s expression, not a drop was left.
Despite saying so, Wayne still asked, "Is there any more?"
Risa’s face changed dramatically, and after a long ponder, said, "There’s one more sealed Hellish Armament, a Black Greatsword. It’s rumored to have been left by one of the Seven Demon Lords when attacking Heaven. This Greatsword crossed spaces to descend upon the God-chosen Continent, causing the Seven Deadly Sins to rampage, corrupting many lives."
"Where is it?"
"In the same warehouse just now."
The two returned to the now empty Heaven warehouse. Risa leaned down to activate the Magic Array, "Even after hundreds of seals, this Greatsword still has the continuous emergence of Seven Deadly Sins’ power. It can only be suppressed with the help of Heaven’s power..."
Saying this, his expression turned peculiar. If not for Wayne emptying the Heaven warehouse, keeping the Greatsword of the Seven Deadly Sins would still pose a risk, and he really didn’t want to hand it over.
On the ground, a pure White Magic Circle glowed, revealing a pitch-black ten-meter diameter hole before Wayne.
Wisps of black mist rose up, and the hole was penetrated by numerous golden chains, vaguely showing a black coffin suspended in mid-air by the chains.
Finally, something substantial!
Wayne floated down, dispersing the chains from Golden Rule Ribbons while suspended in the air, pressing his palm onto the black iron coffin, and let his mind penetrate, seeing a simple-looking two-handed Broad Sword.
The blade was black as ink, the dual edges as if soaked in fresh blood, engraved with extremely complex inscriptions, but not in Hell’s language.
"Interesting..."
Wayne lifted the coffin lid and grasped the Black Greatsword in his hand. The Book of Greed eagerly extended tentacles, piercing through layers of seals to touch the Black Greatsword’s core.
A dark and gloomy yet intensely hot power surged into Wayne’s body, some injecting into The Book of Greed’s cover, while some reignited a new small eyeball.
"Not Hell’s power..."
Wayne did not sense much of the Seven Deadly Sins, or rather, the Seven Deadly Sins were only superficial; the core deep power had little relation to Hell.
"Where did Hell obtain this power?"
Wayne was quietly shocked; it seemed to be a new path of evolution. Was it the rumored emerging Hell Demon God or was it that the Seven Deadly Sins were not just the Seven Demon Lords?
