Chapter 1150: Chapter 399 The War Has Begun, The Knight is Unstoppable_2

The Book of Greed stirred impatiently, eager for action.

Wayne didn’t give it much thought, allowing The Book of Greed to sweep away all the information within.

Crack!

The Prism shattered.

Wayne watched in surprise, for according to his previous experience of thanking nature, the information within the Philosopher’s Stone was not limited to a single copy, and was certainly not a consumable for just one use.

When it involved Aliens, Wayne didn’t give it much thought either, taking Regina to another room on the warship.

In a place akin to an archive room, unintelligible text had been translated by the Prussians; Wayne skimmed through and understood why Prussia possessed an endless supply of Philosopher’s Stone shards.

First, these were indeed shards of the Philosopher’s Stone, the real deal.

The previous Prussian government acquired a Philosopher’s Stone of unknown origin, presumably from the Icebound Continent and related to divination; the stone was sealed and passed down to the current Prussian government.

Upon activation, the interior of the Interstellar Warship was revealed.

"Icebound Continent, divination..."

Wayne stroked his chin, remembering that there was indeed an unknown exchange on the Icebound Continent, where a Mage could only make one transaction in their lifetime, and he had not yet used his opportunity.

It seemed a Prussian Mage had traded with the Aliens for this Philosopher’s Stone.

Of course, it’s also possible that the stone was simply picked up by the last Prussian government from an unlucky Mage.

After acquiring the Interstellar Warship, Hiddel had people explore it, spending years secretly researching and finding the correct method to use the Prism.

Using this Interstellar Warship, information could be endlessly injected into the volcano, since the volcano itself transformed from the Philosopher’s Stone, with the cooled crystals becoming semi-finished Philosopher’s Stone shards.

The shards contained information about Mechanized Armament, which could corrupt the Essence of Life of a Mage, opening a new path of Evolution for them.

As for the source of information, it was the now shattered Prism.

"No one has walked this path, or rather, the Alien who did turned into the Philosopher’s Stone..." Wayne felt elated internally; this was the charm of nature, always waiting with surprises for those destined to find them.

In truth, whether anyone had walked this path was not of high concern to Wayne; now that the information was in The Book of Greed, he wasn’t restricted by any predecessor.

"Let’s go, there’s no more meaning here."

Wayne left with Regina; with the Prism destroyed, the Interstellar Warship lost its core and would soon fall into the volcano.

Similarly, this space would also shatter, vanishing along with the Philosopher’s Stone that had lost its core.

...

Outside the spacecraft, two dark shadows emerged, their faces pale with Wrath and Gluttony.

"Did you find it?"

"No."

"Damn it, you must have found it, otherwise..."

"That mysterious Angel, he got the key to Evolution!"

The two erupted in anger, sensing the presence of Heya and Dierda, they both scoffed and vanished, returning to the Abyssal Projection Space of the welfare home.

Heya and Dierda followed close behind, eager to strike a fatal blow to the Demon King, to completely erase his thoughts of descending into the Mortal World.

They were a step too late, as the two Demon Kings joined forces to block the spatial passage, denying the Angels any chance to pursue.

Inside the Abyssal Projection Space, the two Demon Kings grew angrier the more they thought about it, cursing at each other before returning to the Black Hall, abandoning their Mortal World containers, allowing their consciousness to return to Hell.

Looking at the Prism in his hands, Gluttony’s eyes gleamed with avarice: "The key to Evolution, a step no one has taken, is now mine; I am the true God of Hell!"

The same scene played out with Wrath, who also obtained a shard of Prism.

Before the Demon Kings vanished, they coincidentally shattered the Abyssal Projection Space, denying Prussia any chance to summon them again.

For a while to come, they would be preoccupied, stirring up a new wave of war in Hell as they fully grasped the information, with no spare time to deal with the trifles of the Mortal World.

Polo.

A high-end hotel, suite living room.

Heya leaned against the sofa with her arms crossed and long legs stacked upon each other; her seemingly serious demeanor contradicted by her tempting curves, giving her a falsely earnest appearance.

Dierda sat on the opposite sofa: "The Abyssal Projection Space of the welfare home is destroyed, and we failed to eliminate the thoughts of the Demon Kings’ descent, but the good news is, in their rage, they destroyed all of the Devil’s Containers, and the threat of Hell Gate has been eliminated as well."

Having exceeded their investigation mission, Dierda and Heya were very satisfied.

Wayne stood by the window with two secretaries, a smile playing upon his lips, very pleased with the current state of Prussia: "The evolution of Mechanized Armament has been erased, officers of the Party Guard Corps and National Defense Military have reverted to human, very good, Heaven is now safe."

Heya frowned: "Wayne, did you get those pieces of information, and will you bring them back to Heaven?"

"That’s a classified matter, you two must keep it confidential, especially from the Papal State; they are servants of the Father in the Mortal World and not the same institution as us in Heaven."

"Fine, but I want to see your Stigmata!" Heya insisted.

"Alright..."

Wayne gestured with his hand, taking Heya to the bedroom.

Thirty seconds later, Heya, having seen the Stigmata, returned with even greater respect, following Wayne out of the bedroom without a word.

The two secretaries tilted their heads, if not for the brevity of the moment, they might have misunderstood something.

"Let it be known again, my identity is not to be disclosed."

Wayne glanced at his watch: "That’s all, it’s been a pleasure working with you two, looking forward to seeing you again."

"Won’t you go join the others in the Papal State for a gathering?"
