"You tell me," Grey chuckled in a mysterious tone, offering no further explanation.

He watched as the Grimoire soared and was about to fly off into the distance. Just then, the pink Grimoire paused in mid-air, its trajectory suddenly twisting as it flew directly toward Grey.

Grey immediately frowned:

"Is she trying to bring the trouble here?"

"Hehe, she’s just the same as when I first met her," Lilith chuckled with an evil laugh.

"Ella," Grey called out.

A black Grimoire, no larger than a palm, floated out from his pocket.

"What do you want?"

"I want to teach someone a lesson," Grey said casually as he quickly pulled out a quill pen and imbued spiritual energy into it.

The Grimoire automatically opened its pages, and Grey began to write in it.

After all, he was a High-tier Disciple-level Book Tamer, a Gold-tier Grimoire was nothing to him.

As he wrote, he imbued his spiritual energy into the Grimoire.

He wrote one simple sentence:

Grey’s eyes narrowed as he watched the scene unfold.

"What is this power?"

"That is the power of Mending: a power that can heal anything," Lilith explained.

"Interesting." Grey grew thoughtful for a moment, his eyes flashing with curiosity. "Lilith, I might need you soon."

"...Okay." Lilith agreed, a little curious about what Grey was planning.

Soon, the pink Grimoire and the other Grimoire behind her quickly approached him.

"Help me, humans! Chase them away and I will be willing to be tamed." the Succubus Grimoire hurriedly said.

"Eh?" Grey, who was about to write on Lilith’s pages, paused, stunned and confused.

"I thought this was supposed to be a battle, not this..." His tone was filled with disappointment.

"Wait, don’t leave us yet, please! I’m not here to harm you. I... I just love you. There are others who are villains," the Grimoire that mended the void itself spoke anxiously.
