Chapter 1119: Chapter 829: Going Deeper
He was dressed in an exotic style.
He was not wearing any normal clothes but was clad in a suit of Blood-red Armor.
It was a half-body armor, with most of the arms exposed except for a few arm pieces.
He wore no undergarments inside; it was bare, and so was the lower half, adding a rogue, wild, and primitive flavor to his sinister charm.
It gave off a vibe similar to a Spartan warrior’s attire.
The lad accompanying him was dressed in an equally bizarre fashion. He too had the same Blood-colored hair, though his face was more refined.
By the looks of them, they seemed not to be in a senior-junior relationship but rather equals. Or rather, they hadn’t yet formed a concept of hierarchy.
However, because of such style coupled with their exotic aura, there was a sense of Big Shot leading a junior.
As the two walked together, they were conversing and searching for something.
"Lie, didn’t you say we were coming to the nest to ensure it could nourish new clan members for taking back to the core tribal lands? Why come to this place with such thin Blood aura? Can it really nurture new tribe members?"
The refined lad furrowed his brow, sensing his surroundings and questioning in confusion.
The lad, named Fei, and the robust man, named Lie, with their rugged and heroic attire and demeanor, had an aura reminiscent of the Human Race’s rise to glory in ancient times.
Only in the past, the Human Race Big Shots wore leather armor; now, they were Blood Armor Big Shots.
Hearing this, the robust man, Lie, shook his head and said, "I’m not too sure. I was just informed when heading out that there was a problem with the nourishment progress of Blood aura in this area, and was asked to divert here to see what the issue was."
Upon hearing this, the refined lad, Fei, paused briefly, a cold light flashing through his Blood-colored eyes, and said, "Could it be the Human Race is meddling again?"
Lie shook his head, "Still unclear."
Hearing this, Fei paused momentarily and then angrily said, "These damned Humans, sealing our Father God, delaying the birth of our Holy Clan, trapping us for so long. When Father God breaks the seal, we’ll Blood Sacrifice them all, not leaving a single pet! We’ll make them even more extinct than the Demon Race!"
Lie looked at the refined lad, Fei, but did not respond.
Their Sinners Clan, innately gifted, born and nurtured by the World itself, are the favorites of nature.
However, the existence of those newly born and the sacred beings of ancient times were ultimately different; the young were quite naive.
Seeing that Lie remained silent, Fei asked again, "Lie, why can’t they understand? We are the destined protagonists of this era. The Human Race is bound to exit the stage of history, so why do they insist on struggling?"
Lie paused before speaking, "You need to understand, when one’s cultivation becomes powerful, no trend is irreversible."
"Whether it was the Demons, Devils, Sorcerers, or Spirits of the past, being replaced by the Human Race was largely because the Humans rose up; the changing times were only part of the reason!"
"Moreover, our Holy Clan fundamentally opposes the Human race; our spaces of existence are entirely different, not allowing cohabitation, but a gradual replacement..."
As they spoke, they reached the edge of the Canyon, and the robust man, Lie, suddenly stopped talking, frowning as he gazed at the huge pit before them.
Fei also furrowed his brow as he looked at the pit, "Have the Humans really been so bold as to enter our domain? Even so, do they wish to push back the front line?"
Lie didn’t immediately respond, his frown deepening before he gestured with his hand.
A Blood-red light enveloped the entire canyon; in that instant, it felt as if he had the whole World under his control.
Wang Zijia gasped in surprise!
"Within moments, controlling the law and the path, is this... a golden immortal?!"
Since the Sinners Clan, strictly speaking, has no cultivation being inherently rule-based beings, Wang Zijia, who hadn’t opened his eyes, couldn’t quite discern the power level of the two.
But now, startled by Lie’s movements, Wang Zijia grew even more cautious.
...
As Lie made his move, the entire Canyon began to change.
The Blood-red light covered the canyon; gradually, various Phantasms appeared, spinning rapidly as if reversing everything.
Is this... retracing the Space-time of this area?
Well, or rather retracing the scenes that had occurred without actually altering or reversing time.
After a moment, the rapidly reversing Phantasms paused.
Then, a very blurry, stuttering, and occasionally distorted Phantasm appeared in the canyon, officially playing out.
A terrifying Black deformity centipede was engaged in a fierce battle with a Sand Worm of similar size.
The two hundred-zhang-long monstrous creatures clashed, whirling winds and shaking mountains.
The footage was severely disrupted for unknown reasons, making it incoherent and missing parts, thus making the battle seem very brief.
However, in a few moments, the invading Sand Worm seemed to be losing to the deformity centipede, looking like it was about to be devoured.
Suddenly, the entire scene turned black, missing a significant part until the footage reappeared, by which time the Sand Worm had recovered and began devouring the Centipede Corpse and the entire nest.
After finishing, the Sand Worm moved swiftly to the next location, still frantically devouring various Demons along the way.
"Is this... not the Human Race? Did a highly Talented nurturing host emerge?" Seeing this, the refined lad, Fei, brightened, his voice filled with excitement.
