The man closed his eyes briefly and pressed his fingers against his brow. "Leave."

"Either come in here, and we do it."

She leaned against the bathroom door, initially silent, then hesitated for a few seconds before probing cautiously, "It’s not that I can’t help you, but tonight... is a special circumstance..."

The woman immediately straightened up, her face flushing red. She stammered, "Are... are you okay now?"
