Chapter 904: 307. Hundred Days of Massive Construction and Action!_3

This is an undeniable great victory!

However, beneath the triumph lurk dangers that cannot be ignored. The rule of Crimson Castle remains superficial for now, for there are still many refugees troubled by the aftershocks of war and homeless waiting to be gathered, and remote villages that have yet to hear of Sir Murphy’s name.

A shallow governance is like a rootless duckweed, and this is a situation that Murphy and his followers cannot tolerate.

More importantly, deep autumn has arrived, and the winter of Transylvania is coming soon. If these poor souls are not taken under protection before the snow covers the land, Lord would lose not only manpower but also the hard-earned prestige he has established.

Therefore, after the calamity of the Wolf People, Sir Murphy and his Governor decided to launch a large-scale land construction over the next three months!

The focus of the entire Transylvania will shift from battle to the restoration of order, which undoubtedly requires the wisdom of warriors to participate.

Mission Objective:

Basic Objective:

By completing various tasks issued by NPcs, starting with the recruitment of refugees, business development, acceptance of captives, construction of settlements, and collection of materials, aim to break through two hundred thousand registered population in Transylvania within the next three months, and complete no less than 15 settlements as well as the preliminary construction of the Crimson Fort City Circle.

Advanced Objectives:

1. There should be at least 10 functional players’ guilds led by players, with no less than 30% of the guild members being NPCs.

2. The city prosperity level of Crimson Fort City shall be raised to ’stable’.

3. The Transia National First Arms Factory shall be put into operation smoothly, possessing autonomous military industry production capabilities.

4. The members of the Cadman People’s Army shall exceed 4000 and form a certain degree of organization.

5. The organization of Xico Wing Cavalry shall be restored to more than 1000 members.

6. The number of testers who pass the Black Iron Trial shall break through 800.

Mission Rewards:

1. Whether or not the basic objectives are completed, the main quest will automatically update to the second Chapter after the hundred days of construction, but if the basic objectives are completed, the player community will enjoy more generous logistical treatment at the beginning of the second Chapter story.

2. Each additional advanced objective completed will grant players one more "permanent enhancement" in the Transylvanian territory at the start of the second Chapter of the main quest.

3. If all advanced objectives are completed, it signifies the end of the functional tests for the game, and the "Closed Testing" phase will be completed ahead of schedule and move into the "Internal Testing" phase.

Mission Deadline: 100 days.

Tip!

1. During the ’Hundred Days of Building’ period, testers will have two additional hours of online gaming time each day.

2. With the gradual progression of the storyline, the new feature ’Player Strongholds’ will be unlocked. Once the stronghold function is unlocked, the management rights for different strongholds will be granted to the most outstanding players’ guilds in this event based on their functions.

Developer’s Tip!

Managing stronghold construction is a complex and tedious process that will consume a great deal of players’ time and energy and cannot be completed alone; therefore, the development team does not recommend that non-administrative players attempt this gameplay.

Developer’s Tip!

The stronghold feature is a test gameplay by the development team to expand "game freedom". Many strongholds will be opened in the future game process, so players’ groups that do not acquire management rights need not rush for the time being.]

Meow King: [??? Does the development team really find the freedom in this damn game insufficient? They’re even determined to ramp up their efforts? Hey, you’re getting too obsessed in the wrong areas, meow!]

Lumina·Sun Stain: [Facepalm, Meow Brother, don’t you think you’ve already lost just by saying your team’s name? If I were part of the development team, I definitely wouldn’t pick you. You lost miserably just at the name, sigh! This is Medieval Online, not some place for monsters and gods in 2077.]

Precipitated Bull Bull not Afraid of Hardship: [Well said! Aside from anything else, even if you were given a player territory, Meow Brother, do you think those few people in your team could handle all the rules and regulations?]

Meow King: [I can learn! And I think I can learn well!]

Embedded Joy Stick: [Learn, my foot. You cried for mom and daddy just drawing up a contract, so stop talking big. Let me tell you guys a little secret, Brother Fa contacted me earlier, internal info says that one of the two strongholds to be opened later is a military one...

Hehehe, who else but me in our current player community? In the future, when we meet face to face, you should address me as ’General Happy’, got it?]

Meow King: [Got it, General Stick. When you become a great general managing troops, make sure to appoint me as a colonel, we’ll kneel to each other, paws up in the air, meow!]

Embedded Joy Stick: [Scram! You illiterate bring bad luck. Tsk, don’t forget what we agreed on before. Let’s first join the training for the Winged Cavalry; see you at the Ruins of West Coker City.]

Meow King: [All understood, we’ll talk about it when the time comes.]

Suddenly, the veteran players are all cheering for the trigger of the new quest, and the playful looks on their faces left the new players utterly baffled. But without saying much, everyone has been around the forums for a while, naturally aware that a new quest has been triggered.

Hey, just started the game and there’s a major plotline?

The people on this development team are pretty decent.

As Vomit Mud Sauce thought this to himself, he didn’t forget his mission and began looking through the crowd.

Whether it’s to complete quests or enjoy the fun, he must first find his dad, who is hopelessly addicted to the game; if not found soon, family tensions are bound to escalate.

And just as Vomit Mud Sauce was scouting in the crowd, the person in a bulldozer who happened to walk by nonchalantly outside of the crowd suddenly paused, then agilely stepped back, looking at Vomit Mud Sauce’s curious and innocent face in the crowd with astonishment. After confirming it, Brother Shovel immediately messaged Half-Hanging Insurance, who was still "mysteriously angling" even now:

"Dammit! What’s taking so long with your lousy fish, hurry back! Your son has come looking for you in the game!"

"Who? Who did you say? Say it again! Who’s come looking?"
