Chapter 893: 304. Reporting to the organization, the vanguard is in position and waiting for the mission.

Expecting the little gamers to keep a secret was impossible, so not long after Murphy let slip a bit of "insider information" to Loyal Brother, the news about "a large influx of newbies arriving in three days" was already flying all over the forum before the afternoon even arrived.

For the members of the Appetite Relief Party, who were yearning for this, it felt like a sweet downpour of rain, and it made the whole forum as joyous as if it were the new year.

Previously, Administrator Alpha himself admitted in a certain post that all the people currently on the forum were considered "reserve test personnel," and he repeatedly assured that once the production of the game helmets increased, everyone on the forum would be able to enter the game and contribute their strength to the rise of Transylvania.

Naturally, seeing an opportunity finally arrive after days of waiting was a joyous occasion.

However, in Administrator Alpha’s forum group, some people also quickly noticed the "subtle changes" happening.

Lead Dove: [??? Wasn’t the total number of people on the forum just over five hundred just a few days ago? How did it suddenly swell to over 700 today? And the number is still increasing? Also, why do all these newbies have such weird names? Is this another mysterious special group or something?]

Fredyng the Unbeatable Wholesaler: [Huh? Weird? I don’t feel it’s weird at all. We, invited by the beacon from Knight Tepar of Another World, have come to Transylvania to join in the grand occasion and spread the light of Order and Justice. Isn’t that a perfectly normal thing?

And why call us a ’gang’? We are clearly a proper team!]

Amir of the Torrent Knights: [Yeah, yeah, a super proper kind! My great Torrent Knights Group is already fully prepared, just waiting for Sir Murphy to open the dimensional portal, and we’ll head to Different World en masse! We must uphold the name of the knights, never besmirching the honor of the Torrent.]

Akuen: [Can you tone it down a bit? Encountering RP players in the game and adapting to local etiquette is all well and good, but this is the forum, we’re in the realm of the real world here, big brothers. Can we please speak normally?

So what you’re saying is, all these new folks joining the forum are RP players?]

Marlene the Arcane Master: [Yes, that’s basically what’s happening. After Tepar shared his game screenshots and recordings with several tavern groups that we frequently visit, you should have seen the explosion of interest. Currently, the professional RP taverns are in turmoil, with groups like the ’Black Sickle Council,’ the ’Voyager Camp,’ and ’MI7’ all eager to try it out. ’Deep Mountain Mining Company’ and the ’Craftsmen Council’ are also actively contacting us.

Even the ’Bloodsail Pirates’ and ’Blackwater Pirates’ have been stirred.

However, for the time being, the Torrent Knights Group isn’t planning a larger-scale recruitment of our kin, as other worlds also need them. Anyway, at a conservative estimate, at least 500 people have filled out applications over the past two days.

And as this trend continues to spread, those who still watch and call themselves rational will sooner or later join in too.]

Embedded Joy Stick: [??? How many people do you guys have? I thought RP players were rare in any game, but it seems there’s quite a bunch of you?]

Fredyng the Unbeatable Wholesaler: [Haha, there may be few in one game, but add them up across different games and what have you got? Our groups have entry requirements too, only old role-playing gamers could possibly answer those trivia questions correctly. We have remnants of the Silver Hand, Battlefield Old Six, Great Chief the Crusader Sleepy Sister, and the Wasteland Junker.

Oh yeah, I think I also copied the link into an EVE group. Those guys seem a bit interested, and they are much more professional than us.

As for the number of people...

Just the four or five groups we are in come to about two or three thousand, right?]

Meow King: [We’re doomed! If they all come in, there will be no room left for us regular players. These folks will do their utmost to maintain that fantastical flavor, oh dear, this is a real problem.]

Lumina·Sun Stain: [What’s wrong, what’s wrong? Looking down on us RP players? We’re not rigid and outdated. Moreover, most of us belong to the Camp of Order. We empathize with NPCs better than regular players and are willing to spend the time on those quest chains regular players don’t want to run. Brother Fa made the right choice by picking us.

Besides, these brothers who joined these last few days aren’t just from the RP Party. Didn’t Stick Brother also recruit a bunch of ex-professionals to join in on the fun?]

Embedded Joy Stick: [Sweat... I’m just fussing over little things. I didn’t recruit hundreds at once like you guys... But you do have a point, normal players probably don’t have the patience for administrative tasks.

We really need you role-playing guys for this. Otherwise, there’s no point in conquering territories if there’s no one to manage them.]

Mud Car Iaido: [Stick Brother, are you free tomorrow? Bring your brothers and follow us to Smugglers’ Forest to collect a debt.]

Embedded Joy Stick: [Huh? What do you mean? What debt are we collecting in that cursed place?]

Mud Car Iaido didn’t explain but instead posted a screenshot of the "Message from Thief Hog" quest that was triggered in the game, setting off many lurkers.

Honest Dog Egg: [??? Our trained NPC stole our earnings? Damn it, that’s unacceptable! Stick Brother, quickly mobilize a large force to wipe them out!]
