Chapter 1036: 351. Eye of the Wolf God_3
This perfectly matches Avalon’s four aspects as described in the Elven mythology.
However, the final reminder was fragmented and incomplete, leaving Murphy baffled even after he awoke from the message.
What he could be sure of was that Avalon wanted him to find more Holy Grails to piece together the secrets of the gods, and the thing called "Epoch Contract" was definitely of great importance.
And one more thing he could be sure of was that the situation of the gods in the Star Realm was probably not very good...
"Ah, you’re not exactly a sphinx, but it’s not nice to always speak in halves, is it? Or is it that you can’t reveal the complete information to me, and can only give me a clue to find on my own? What’s this?
Accidentally triggered a side quest?
Am I supposed to run around the Continent like some name-detective collecting various incarnations of the Holy Grail to piece together the truth behind the Divine Spirit’s secrets?
And how on earth did you come across the name ’Alpha’?"
Murphy complained bitterly.
Just as he turned his head to discuss with Cui Si what he had seen, he was startled to find his demon pet mother kneeling on the ground with a sincere posture, hands stacked and silently chanting the divine name of Avalon.
"What the fuck, has she gone mad?"
Murphy was taken aback.
He immediately went to check on Cui Si, and upon seeing the same calm expression on the face of the seductive vampire woman that the Valande Knight had just shown, he knew that Cui Si had definitely been "tricked."
It was clear that this lonely fool had tried to sneak a peek at Avalon’s message and had been countered by the God of Nature; evidently, Avalon had encrypted the messages such that only Murphy could see them.
"Alas, curiosity killed the cat."
Murphy sighed.
Looking at Cui Si who was attempting to share with him the "great will of Avalon" as a "missionary," he helplessly picked her up and laid her across his lap, reactivating the Omega antivirus program to let the Purifier’s light envelop his hand, and then raised his left hand high.
"Cui Si, don’t blame me after you wake up... I know this is going to hurt a bit, but you brought it on yourself."
"Slap"
With a slap, the Cui Si, who spoke nothing but "holy gibberish," suddenly shuddered, and then she let out a swine-like cry of pain as she struggled against Murphy’s hold, followed by another firm slap across her behind.
Hey, you can’t deny it.
The feel of it is strangely satisfying.

"What the fuck! Bull Bull lost? What happened? It felt like in the blink of an eye he just went down? Are they playing us with some fixed fight?"
Outside in the fighting ring, the crowd was completely unaware that their main NPC inside the Blood Rat Gang’s little house was currently engaging in some very exciting things with his "girlfriend," their attention fully captivated by the sudden turn of events in the match.
Bull Bull, having won 11 straight fights, had met his match and been knocked down within three moves.
The eccentric Baldy Vampire Martial Monk Giant Shark Earl exclaimed:
"That hooded man has forced Bull Bull to kneel; this is undoubtedly the ultimate humiliation!"
"Isn’t that a bit of an exaggeration?"
A few student bystanders murmured among themselves.
Aside from Sister Pomegranate, Bull Bull was the best fighter in their group, but now the strange hooded pugilist had easily defeated him, indicating that a formidable NPC had "spawned."
As for Bull Bull, he really didn’t have the mind to consider much at that moment.
He got up from the ground, clenched his fists, and assumed the starting posture of Gale Fist, warily watching the hooded man who was a head shorter than him.
Upon seeing Bull Bull’s fists, the opponent was taken aback for a moment, but then also assumed a starting posture of Gale Fist.
Although slightly different from Bull Bull’s posture, the man spoke in a strange clicking tone:
"Even by the loose standards of the Freestyle Sect, you’re just a beginner, and the essence of the Gale Fist is not like this; you’re simply flailing your fists in an angry bravado, which is a total waste of your Talent.
Give up!
Let’s end this decently."
"Shut your trap! Bastard."
Enraged, Bull Bull charged forward like a gust of wind, throwing punch after punch, but his opponent didn’t even need to move his feet, using arm and elbow movements along with stance transitions to neutralize Bull Bull’s attacks. In the moment Bull Bull’s energy waned, he found his chance, breaking through the player’s defense with a simple punch, and then crouched and struck powerfully upwards.
Then, under a stunning and flamboyant Rising Dragon Punch, Bull Bull, a towering 193 cm tall guy, was sent flying into the air.
In mid-air, Bull Bull’s jaw clenched, feeling as if it was about to break, but what was worse was that this was the first time in the game he experienced such a helpless predicament.
He could feel that the opponent was not exerting any Strength beyond the Black Iron Tier.
Just the simple fists and feet...
"I have no grievances against you, but I must use these victories to approach the guidance of my god, so I’m sorry, brave one."
"Bang"
A vicious kick, accompanied by the enemy’s taunt, struck Bull Bull in the chest, flinging him off the fighting platform and crashing into the audience seats.
It was unclear whether it was provocative or not, but the direction Bull Bull fell was right towards the students, who with Catch Shrimp and Khaki Tontita, hastily caught him.
Bull Bull was unconscious by now, but incredibly, he was not seriously injured.
Apparently, the opponent’s boxing was superb, and he likely used some secret Monk technique.
There was a deathly silence around the arena as the audience watched the man sigh and reach up to pull back his hood, revealing cool silver short hair and a set of Monk robes with religious significance.
It wasn’t elaborate or specially decorated, but there was a characteristic large Frost Wolf head embroidery on the back of the Monk’s robe. As he clasped his hands together to declare his clean victory, swirling frost enveloped him like mist.
This was a clear indication of his origins.
And upon seeing the tattoos on the man’s arms and neck, Count Andrei in the VIP seats stood up abruptly, exclaiming:
"A Vow-Keeping Monk of the Winter Wolf Religion! How come these ascetics who never leave their Monastery have appeared here?"
