Chapter 135: Chapter 90: The First Legendary Level Skill! (Seeking Subscriptions, Monthly Tickets) _3

"So Cultivator, tell me, have you thought of a solution yet?"

Gary Smith laughed, "Do you still remember the origin of the Red Fire Ants?"

"Of course, I learned about them when I was with you. Don’t underestimate Mousie’s memory!"

Mousie puffed out its chest with pride. Though it liked to lounge around, that didn’t mean it was lazy. It wasn’t easy to remember when to watch which TV show, the length of the commercials, and how many potato chips to eat and how much cola to drink to feel at the peak of pleasure.

All these are due to its Immortal Soul Trait, that lends Mousie an impeccable memory. It paused to recall and said,

"The Red Fire Ants initially were brought by the Savage Ant, as a... as a Slave Beast..."

As it said this, Mousie quickly realized something. If it were a Slave Beast, there would certainly be some method to control or suppress them using their bloodline.

Gary Smith grinned but didn’t say a word. Instead, he pulled a colossal corpse from the Void Treasure Chest.

It was the body of the Savage Ant that had undergone Ritual Reincarnation!

Earlier, Gary Smith wanted to squeeze out all the value from it before turning it into Material to create a Power Ring Skill for Little Spider.

However, the emergence of the Thousand Faces of Soul changed his original thought.

Little Spider was best suited as a mage and swordsman, relying mostly on spider silk, the Void Force, and swordsmanship in battles.

Gary Smith decided to make Skill Secret Foods in line with this, not to turn them into all-rounded warriors, but instead to make sure there were no weak points that could be exploited.

So, strength enhancements for Little Spider are just an added advantage and not a necessity. They could always look for other skills in the future to replace it.

Each appearance Mousie’s Thousand Faces of Soul skill was going to conjure would require Soul System Materials as a cost, and so the initial selection is extremely critical.

It’s just like playing a Pokémon game. The starting pet with high potential and fewer weak points is easier to train, its level improves rapidly, and as its power increases, it can catch stronger Pokémon, and, by the end, maybe even Divine Beasts.

But if you choose a green caterpillar, not only is it hard to raise, it’s also weaker than other Pokémon of the same level and has so many weak points.

Unless it’s a young creature of a Divine Beast...

The problem with the Savage Ant, one of the Ancient Exotic Species, is that it only has one skill, and so it has to rely on brute force. But to Mousie, this is just one of the forms it may take, so it didn’t affect it at all.

Moreover, it highly values the Savage Ant’s perfectly built body that can withstand tens of times the power rebound, which translates to it being a warrior with high health and defense!

This could totally make up for the lack of front-liners in the current beast control lineup!

What’s a wizard?

Fist-to-flesh is a man’s true quest!

The key point is, Mousie can acquire various Super skills and eventually evolve into a perfect life form by grafting powerful Demon bodies using Thousand-faced Touch!

Poor Limb Demon Leader, not only did Gary Smith take the Savage Ant, the Thousand-faced Demon Heart Core, and the Karmic Egg, but he also led to its body’s abnormal blood and flesh transformation. Now, even its remaining creativity is being plagiarized.

The most tragic tool person indeed!

But Gary Smith didn’t care about this. Since he has now mastered the core power of the Thousand-faced Demon, he naturally has to use it to its full potential. If there is an already available path, he would just use it directly.

Everything in this world is just a tool for him to grow stronger.

Mousie nodded, then physically pulled out its plump little legs from the Soul Cloud...

In a literal sense.

Gary Smith was stunned for a moment. Can these things really be disassembled?

However, the Soul Cloud was not fully disassembled. Instead, it turned into a small cloud connected to Mousie’s heel. It looked rather cute.

Mousie didn’t care about the Cultivator’s surprise. It jumped directly onto the Savage Ant’s body, its shadow underneath expanded, reflecting the Thousand-faced Soul Tree rooted in the Shadow World. Countless roots coiled around the corpse from the tree. With a light press, the corpse crumbled into countless blue points of light.

As these points of light were absorbed by the Soul Tree, the hanging Thousand Faces of Soul on the tree began to condense into a dark golden mask with the appearance of a unicorn ant.

The mask flickered and turned into a dark blue stream of light that flowed through the shadow into Mousie’s eyes. Instantly its blood-red ribbons interwove and rapidly expanded, transforming into a giant figure radiating red light...

Gary Smith was also dumbfounded when he saw this new form:

"Are you sure this isn’t an evolution of the Savage Ant!?"
