Shen Tingting had also joined the inner circle of the four beauties, becoming one of the sisters of Liu Shangxiang and Mengyao.

In the circle, previous private gatherings among sisters consisted of the four women, and Zhao Shiyan brought Ji Tian along.

"Thank you all for taking the time to attend this farewell party," Liu Shangxiang, as the host, said politely. "In the past, it was just the four of us sisters. Shen Tingting is no stranger to everyone; she’s offered me a lot of help in business, so I invited her. As for Ye Fan, no need for further introduction, and Ji Tian came with Zhao Shiyan, which everyone understands."

After Liu Shangxiang’s brief opening, the seven had food and drinks and began to chat.

"In the past, when the four of us gathered privately, we could speak freely. Now it seems those days are gone, all because of the three extra flies. Hmm, no, I’ve changed my views on Ye Fan, and Shen Tingting is nice too, so it’s really only that fellow Ji Tian who’s extra," Lu Xiangxiang muttered in dissatisfaction. "Even a fool can see that Zhao Shiyan has feelings for you. The way she glares at you shows she resents you for not looking at her," Shen Tingting said playfully.

"Really? I had no idea," Ye Fan said innocently.

"Mr. Ye’s skill in speaking nonsense with a straight face is top-notch," Shen Tingting said with a seductive, bitter smile.

Liu Shangxiang curiously approached, "What are you talking about?"

"Nothing much," Ye Fan said sullenly.

"Nothing much? I’m saying Zhao Shiyan has deep feelings for Mr. Ye," Shen Tingting hurriedly added.

Ye Fan, Mengyao, Shen Tingting, and Liu Shangxiang naturally gathered together.

Lu Xiangxiang was talking with Zhao Shiyan, while Ji Tian was left to the side on his own. Yet, Ji Tian was very patient, sitting by himself calmly, with no more intentions towards Mengyao, almost like a wooden figure deep in thought.

"Zhao Shiyan didn’t receive maternal love growing up; her father was busy all the time, and the servants who looked after her indulged her whims, leading her to live a life where everything was handed to her. She developed a willful and capricious nature from a young age, determined to get what she wants. With high self-esteem, it’s inevitable she would be a bit conceited," Liu Shangxiang said as she glanced at Zhao Shiyan, offering an objective evaluation. "Everyone has flaws, but Zhao Shiyan’s nature isn’t bad at all; she’s actually very kind-hearted."

"You understand Zhao Shiyan to her core," Shen Tingting said, looking at Liu Shangxiang intently.

"The four of us understand each other very well, wouldn’t you say, Mengyao?" Liu Shangxiang smiled mischievously.

"Yes, if we didn’t understand each other, how could we become close sisters?" Mengyao said softly.

Liu Shangxiang mused for a moment and analyzed, "If the four of us sisters weren’t affected by external factors, this relationship could last forever. However, if two sisters fall for the same man, no matter where his heart lies, perhaps a catfight between sisters might be unavoidable. I’m sure Ye Fan understands this deeply. However, if Zhao Shiyan goes too far in the future, Mengyao and Ye Fan, you both should be a little forgiving."

"So if Mengyao and Zhao Shiyan don’t get along, disrupting the unity among your four sisters, it’s all my fault, then?" Ye Fan asked bitterly.

"If not you, then who? It’s all because you’re too charming. It’s bad enough you enchanted Mengyao, but you’ve also captivated Zhao Shiyan. Isn’t this just setting the stage for drama?" Liu Shangxiang scolded playfully.

"The word ’captivate’ is used quite aptly, isn’t that to describe a seductress?" Shen Tingting teased wickedly.

"The two of you are speaking unfairly about Ye Fan," Mengyao intervened to defuse the situation.

"Feeling protective?
