My military branches can Evolve Infinitely

Initial pacing is slow, mc except having cheat like ability nothing special maybe close to dumb , always thinking there might be someone targeting him and extremely cautious and blabbering about unnecessary things and not striving for getting info by making friends or connections ,only scrolling through website and believes whatever there and that's it...well translation is average in the beginning 30 to 40chapter but after its downgraded further mixing chinese names even for levels and you always gets a feeling somewhere author gonna introduce nationalism and racism.I read around 120 chapters, lost intrest...MC's troops >>>mc intelligence or might whatever category
