Her mother was controlling her illness well, and with a new child about to join the family, her mood was good and her attitude was positive, so things were improving.

That day, Lu Weixi went to the company where she and Qin Zhigu along with Paul had previously collaborated, for the final preparations. The blueprints were already revised, and as the construction began, she needed to explain everything clearly to smoothly take care of her pregnancy.

During work, it went well. She was heavily pregnant, and even Paul didn’t dare to shout at her. As work ended, just as Lu Weixi was about to drive off, Qin Zhigu still pulled her aside. His eyes hesitated a bit, but he still asked, "Do you still remember Liu Yiyi?"

Lu Weixi froze for a moment, then nodded and frowned, "She wouldn’t be with Zhiyou..."

Even though she believed Qin Zhiyou’s promise of not having any more involvement with Liu Yiyi, thinking about it, this name could only be related with Qin Zhiyou.

While they were talking, a car stopped in front of them, and the rear window rolled down, a rather frivolous voice came from the car, "Madam, are you interested in going for a drive with me?"
