Chapter 100: Chapter 100 The Family of This World

Last time Han Fei tried to pull the girl out from the Monster’s body, but the Monster’s body collapsed halfway through.

He had been unable to understand why, but now he had figured out the reason.

The girl’s body and the bodies of seven victims were intertwined with each other. To pull the girl out of the Monster’s body without making the Monster disappear, he had to find "flesh" to replace the girl and fill the Monster’s body!

The towering Grudge Energy almost threatened to overturn the roof, turning all the pain and despair suffered by the seven victims in their lifetimes into their power.

"I finally understand why the Building Chief never completed their assembly. Their accumulated Grudge Energy could disrupt the balance of power within the building."

The surface of his skin felt as if it was freezing. Han Fei felt his consciousness almost being frozen, his body involuntarily pulled towards the Monster. If he didn’t stop the Monster soon, he might be killed by a slight movement from it.

"Wake up, all of you!"

Han Fei’s shout was futile. He opened the Attribute Panel and focused on the exit button.

But just as Han Fei was about to exit the game, the girl, who had been standing idly by with a mind as clean as a blank sheet of paper, suddenly walked toward the Monster at the center of the Grudge Energy.

Han Fei was too late to stop her, watching as the girl, barefoot, stopped next to the Monster and embraced the ferocious creature with attachment and reluctance.

To the girl, the Monster made up of the other seven victims was like her only family.

Under the girl’s soothing, the towering Grudge Energy slowly dissipated, and the Monster’s body began to undergo new changes.

The flesh reorganized, and a crack appeared on the Monster’s chest. Amid the horrifying sounds of bone shattering and flesh tearing, each victim crawled out of the Monster’s chest.

They emerged in the order of their deaths, and when the last one had crawled out, the originally enormous and terrifying Monster completely transformed into black smoke and dissipated.

In the modest-sized bedroom, all eight victims stood together, the towering Grudge Energy gradually vanished, seemingly concealed within their hearts.

"Player Number 0000, please note! You have successfully completed the F-Level task — Human-body Puzzle — across ranks! Earn triple Experience! Receive basic reward of one Free Skill Point, plus ten friendly degrees with Wei Youfu and other victims of the Human-body Puzzle case!"

In a very short time, Han Fei successively skipped levels to complete two F-level missions.
