Several hours later, the plane arrived in North America, successfully landing in Vancouver.

Vancouver is the capital of Canada. Li Chen got off the plane and Selina said goodbye to him with great joy before leaving.

Li Chen also planned to leave, but as he walked towards the exit and hadn’t passed through security yet, he saw many police officers waiting there.

"What crime have I committed?" Li Chen asked calmly.

"An arrest warrant from headquarters," the officer across from him said. "You’d better not think about resisting, and it’s best if you cooperate."

Li Chen shrugged his shoulders and looked around at the few officers, a smile appearing on his face, "Didn’t your headquarters tell you that if you want to catch me, you should bring more people?"

As soon as he finished speaking, Li Chen struck out almost instantaneously, sending the surrounding officers flying. The officer in front was directly propelled away by Li Chen’s palm!

Afterward, Li Chen, swift as a darting rabbit, bolted towards the exit!

The police had come for him as soon as he got off the plane, which meant he had underestimated the current power of Ghost King and Shadow; they must have controlled the whole of Canada by now. Otherwise, they wouldn’t know about his arrival right off the plane and be able to mobilize the police force.

In such a situation, things were already dire. If the power struggle between Li Chen and Ghost King were likened to a chess game, then now Ghost King had control over most of the board. It was up to Li Chen to break this pattern.

"Catch him!" the officers shouted, drawing their guns and aiming at the fleeing Li Chen, they pulled the trigger!

Several shots fired, but none hit Li Chen; they struck the building instead, creating a metallic sound, and the surrounding crowd let out screams, throwing the scene into chaos.

The officers ahead, seeing Li Chen attempting to run, also sprang into action, drawing their firearms.

However, Li Chen completely ignored them. If they caught him, he would fall into Ghost King’s hands, and there would be no escape for him. The only way out for him now was to fight his way through!

With a single elbow strike, Li Chen hit the chin of a policeman who tried to attack him from the side. As the man fell to the ground, Li Chen smoothly caught the falling policeman’s gun in his hand.

Watching Li Chen’s movements, which resembled an illusion, the policemen all surged towards him. Li Chen stepped on the front officer, sending him flying, and then quickly leapt towards the exit, but suddenly, every hair on his body stood on end!

He ran quickly towards the exit. The police trying to stop him were all taken down, and at the same time, as Li Chen sprinted, he fired several shots upwards from his handgun, the bullets racing towards the snipers.

Just as a sniper was about to take aim and fire again; he saw darkness through his scope, followed by a bullet that came shooting towards him.

Danger!

The sniper, feeling the peril, swiftly moved aside, but it was too late—the bullet penetrated his head.

Li Chen moved very fast and didn’t take long to reach the gate; behind him lay a swath of downed police officers.

As he reached the gate, he was greeted by countless bullets and snipers.

The police, using their cars for cover, opened fire fiercely, but after a short while, they realized there was no sign of Li Chen at the gate.

Where is he?

The policemen were stunned, but then they heard screams not far away.

When they turned around, they discovered Li Chen, somehow having reached their side unseen, had knocked out a policeman and commandeered a police vehicle which was now speeding away with a roar.

"Chase him!"

The policemen were shocked, hastily jumping into their cars to pursue, while some fired at the police car Li Chen was driving.
