The original plan of the Northern Continent Envoy was for the Saintess to choose a prince as her spouse and then bewitch him, stealing his dragon aura to infuse into the Butterfly, allowing it to remain undetected in the National Treasury Secret Vault for half a Shichen (1 hour).

Combining the auras from the four princes barely allowed the Butterfly to withstand a quarter of a Shichen (30 minutes) inside the National Treasury Secret Vault—just enough for their purpose but nowhere near as easy as capturing the aura from the prince directly.

While Sangdao sought to sneak into the National Treasury Secret Vault using the Pig Carp’s ability to break the void, the Northern Region people had their way with Nine Realms Sky, which could construct Void Secret Passages—provided an item connected to the Nine Realms Sky existed on the other end of the passage.

Over the past few years, the 36 Tribes of the Northern Region had continuously sent envoys to the Wood Dynasty to present tributes and Treasures in exchange for the opening of trade. These Treasures came from the nine minor worlds within the Nine Realms Sky. One of these Treasures was stored in the National Treasury Secret Vault.

With that special seal snatched up by the Dragon Butterfly, the Elderly Witch felt assured. This was the true goal of the 36 Tribes of the Northern Region.

Of course, they had their own agenda when cooperating with Sangdao. It would be impossible to believe they helped Sangdao just for the sake of "helping."

She then urged the Dragon Butterfly to re-enter the National Treasury Secret Vault. Time was running out, and the Butterfly had just located the Osaki Magatama hanging on a stone wall. Bringing it to the Elderly Witch, there was hardly a moment to spare.

This third treasure would serve as a bonus for the Elderly Witch herself. In undertaking this high-stakes mission, her loyalty to the 36 Tribes of the Northern Region and the Great Chieftain was unwavering. Yet seeking a little personal gain along the way shouldn’t pose a problem, right?

The Elderly Witch took a deep breath, then placed all three treasures into a Jade Box. Imprinted with her Witch Seal, the box could only be opened by her. If anyone tried to force it open, both the box and the treasures inside would be reduced to dust.
