Chapter 1819: Chapter 661: The Immortal Shows the Way_1

Before them, the abyss was filled with dark clouds rolling, accompanied by growls, ghostly howls, and bursts of thunder. This most dangerous place in the Three Circles Immortal Domain caused Sun Da Ren and Ashbur’s hearts to tremble, and their faces changed color.

At this moment, Sun Da Ren’s "grandchildren" started to wriggle about. These sinister creatures, infamous throughout the Heaven Realm, now seemed like a bunch of clumsy baby silkworms.

The timing of their movement raised a glimmer of hope in Sun Da Ren: could the Soul-Devouring Hookworms restrain the dangers of the Demon Cloud Abyss?

But, well... if sons are obedient and sensible, then grandsons are often naughty and lazy. True to their nature, these little rascals didn’t disappoint Sun Da Ren. They tried to get out, not because of the Demon Cloud Abyss, but simply because... they couldn’t hold it in any longer.

Devouring everything in their path was their instinct. After evolving and gaining a certain level of spiritual intelligence, they somehow didn’t like staying in Grandpa’s sleeve and tried every possible way to come out and play.

However, given their capabilities and identities, Sun Da Ren didn’t dare release them easily. So, the grandchildren began to engage him in a battle of wits! They tried every possible way to sneak out, but Sun Da Ren chased and captured them back.

Later, their tactics gradually simplified, as the grandchildren discovered a "winning move": after eating too much, they had to poop, and Grandpa didn’t want them to do that in his sleeve, right?

Initially, Sun Da Ren didn’t believe it would be a problem, but how much could these little creatures produce? Then his sleeve exploded! A strange scent filled the air for thirty miles... For Sun Da Ren, this was a rather smelly experience...

With no choice left, every time they said they couldn’t hold it anymore, he had to let them go. He couldn’t deny them food either; their father entrusted them to him, after all. One shouldn’t abuse them, right?

Sun Da Ren usually appeared serious and profound to his son, but when it came to the grandchildren... he still had to cater to their needs! At this critical moment, the little creatures insisted on coming out – what could Sun Da Ren do? He had no choice but to release them.

Ashbur seriously prepared for their adventure, and then looked puzzled as he saw a row of chubby white silkworms crawl up from Sun Da Ren’s sleeve: What’s going on?

These baby silkworms possessed a little-known special ability. They could view the images left in the river of time! From inside their Grandpa’s sleeve, they saw the images of Gourds from the past.

And children, naturally, liked to imitate, especially since these creatures had the ability to do so. As a result, Ashbur saw Gourd-shaped baby silkworms...

The Gourd-shaped baby silkworms began to burrow into the cliff beneath them. While the cliff was indeed hard rock, to the Soul-Devouring Hookworms, there was no distinction between rock, soil, or sand.

They easily tunneled into the rock. This was the defecation method Sun Da Ren devised for them: burrow underground to poop.

Facing Ashbur’s questioning eyes, Sun Da Ren forced a smile and explained, "I raised a few Spirit Insects." At least when they defecated underground, the smell wouldn’t leak out. The only consequence would be a slow bulge forming on the ground.

Suddenly, Sun Da Ren’s face changed: Not good!

Ashbur felt a slight tremble beneath his feet and looked down to see faint fissures appearing on the towering cliff. The cracks were subtle yet spread across the entire structure!

"What happened?" Ashbur, puzzled, realized that Sun Da Ren had just thought of this: when the rascals pooped in the soil, it only raised a bump on the ground, but inside the rock... they finally exploded again.

Sun Da Ren urgently pulled Ashbur: "Let’s go, don’t worry about this anymore, it has nothing to do with us..."

The two of them joined hands and flew into the rolling black clouds of the Demon Cloud Abyss. As they entered, violet-black lightning flashed around them.

After the two left, the cracks in the cliff grew larger and larger, culminating in a rumbling collapse. Shattered rocks of various sizes rolled into the abyss, but without the cliff as a barrier, the dark clouds clinging to the Thunder Pond didn’t spread out at all - the Rule was still in effect.

A few chubby white Gourd-shaped creatures were also dumbfounded: What just happened? They were in the middle of using the bathroom when suddenly the toilet collapsed; they worried they would be exposed - how embarrassing!

Then, the little fellows remembered: Where’s Grandpa? He ran away! The creatures blamed each other: You definitely ate too much and scared Grandpa away.

Pah! It’s obviously because your poop stinks, and that drove Grandpa away.

Hurry, chase after him!

What will we eat if we lose Grandpa?

Grandpa obviously didn’t really want to abandon them and intentionally left a clear scent for them to track. The chubby white creatures wobbled as they followed him into the black clouds. Violet-black lightning flashed where they entered.

One of the vanished white creatures suddenly reappeared, opened its mouth wide and inhaled - all the violet-black lightning was swallowed by it!

The creature let out a satisfied burp, exhaling a burst of bright lightning. The other white creatures missed out on the meal and angrily wrestled with the first one. Unable to fight, they basically just tangled up together and rolled back into the dark clouds.
