"Did you investigate that room?"

Tang Ming walked up to the bar scammer and started to diagnose her by pressing on her pulse.

"What’s the matter?" Lin Xue and Tan Ruoxi looked bewilderedly at Tang Ming.

"This woman’s memory has been erased."

Tang Ming released the scammer’s hand, sighing helplessly.

"Memory erased?"

All three women were taken aback by the claim. This was no science fiction movie; there was no high-tech device like the ones the Men in Black used to erase memories with a flash. How could the memory of a perfectly functional human being just be erased?

"To be precise, she was poisoned, and this poison has a certain destructive effect on human memory," Tang Ming explained in detail, shrugging despondently, "Sadly, I can’t restore her memory, and this makes things quite complicated."

"Damn, even if she has forgotten, both the bar owner and you are direct witnesses. The police can still charge her with fraud."
